One of the best hosts I have met. His mindset is actually justified to be a true super host! We became good friends, and he told me that he has the mindset of guests being at profit not him.. and that’s 100% true, I am at profit for staying at his property. I am lucky that I was hosted here. I could unwind my mind, work and focus here, and the uninterrupted power supply and good internet was an absolute advantage to work in such a cozy environment. Thank you again Ekant

We had the amazinggg stay at Paradise Valley View stay. As the name suggests it’s a paradise to live here. I had booked it for 3 nights and we lived a happy life as the place is so peaceful and the valley view is so fascinating from the room’s balcony. Anita Aunty guided us well for visiting the nearby places and because of her sweet behaviour we felt like a home. She welcomed us like a family. Thanks for such a lovely stay. Will visit it again when I will travel Dharamshala, HP.

The homestay was an amazing experience, host mom and dad both were too welcoming and all the arrangements made in the house made us feel like home. The place was so mesmerizing that we wanted to extend our stay as place is too peaceful and scenerie. Host brother Abhishek helped us in paragliding in Bir and guided us to all the best place to explore nearby. Thanks for such a nice time Abhinav and Abhishek

Our stay was wonderful, and Arjun made it even better. The place was spacious, with beautiful interiors that felt warm and inviting—more like staying at a friend’s home than just a rental. It was also in a super convenient location, which made getting around really easy. Arjun was incredibly helpful and kind. For example, when we asked about nearby restaurants, he shared his personal favorite and even told us what to order. It’s rare to find that level of thoughtfulness. I’d absolutely recommend staying here. Everything about it was top-notch!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Vikas Bro & his wonderful family truly make you feel like one of their own. Atithi isn’t just a stay, it’s an experience wrapped in warmth, love, & genuine hospitality. The peace this place offers is unmatched, and the home-cooked meals from their kitchen? Pure soul food. I keep coming back, not just for the comfort but for the emotional connect this place builds. It’s my go-to sanctuary in Bir. If you're looking for authenticity, serenity, & kindness, this is the #1 place to stay. We loved our stay in Karuna retreat for 5 days. The place has warm and cozy vibes. The kids loved the media room in the attic. It was a different experience for them. Since we were traveling by our own vehicle, we enjoyed the best of both worlds, the calm and peaceful neighbourhood of Rakkad and the hustle and bustle of Mcleod ganj. Traveling to the Main Square of Mcleodganj took 30 mins. Karuna Retreat is very close to Norbulingka Institute which was a great place to sit and just enjoy some peaceful moments. Star and constellations gazing was our favourite thing to do on the terrace of our beautiful homestay. There were nice home run cafes nearby. A grocery shop was just round the corner. We loved the location. Our host Tenzin was an easy and proactive person to talk to, though we never needed anything as everything was just fine. We loved the collection of books there too. We really hope to come back soon and stay for a longer period of time.

It was a beautiful stay. I would recommend this to all who love to visit Dharmashala. I booked at 1500/- and it was worth. Manthan & Urmila didi allowed us early check-in and they guided us pretty well to reach the spot. They place was clean and we'll maintained. The host were very helpful and extremely friendly. For visiting Macleod and Dharmashala we booked the cab and it costs us around 1500 + 2200. The cab agency number is shared with Urmila didim . Blindly stay at this place . Beautiful environment. There is a small hotel named Smiley serves good non veg food nearby.

Beautiful surroundings and a pretty place to stay. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just to note that you don't have a kitchen at the property and food you need to order from outside (which you have a menu and home delivery)! Overall a great experience. Will visit again!
