Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

Liz has thought of everything anyone could need for a home from home. Details, information and instructions were all to hand as well as Liz being responsive throughout our stay and since booking. The place has stunning views and is very comfortable with plenty of space. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

We did our annual meeting with old friends and it was the perfect location! There was a large living room to stay together, fully equipped kitchen! Extreme peace of mind and breathtaking scenery ! The kittens around the house are so sweet. The lady was then so kind that upon our arrival, knowing we were winemakers, she left us 4 bottles to taste in the area ! Thank you !

Emanuele's villa gave me and my friends a perfect New Year's Eve. We were greeted with kindness and care, the apartments were clean, well equipped and spacious. It was nice to feel “at home,” we hope to be back soon!

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

Ricardo, the host, was awesome. Very responsive. Got us a stroller when the airline lost ours. Gave us some great restaurant recommendations and overall was just great. Thanks Ricardo!!!

We can recommend Angelo and his place unconditionally. We felt super comfortable and enjoyed the view. Angelo was always there for us and is a very special person. The tranquility is wonderful and should also be respected towards the neighbors, especially at night.

Very clean accommodation. Breakfast with donuts and various delicacies (tarts, cookies and croissants). Kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Beautiful and clean bedrooms. Impeccable bathrooms with towels, shampoo, bath gel, hairdryer etc... Congratulations!!!

I found the sleeping place beautiful made - and it is rural and at the same time close to the beach. Communication with Annalisa (helpfull in English - great) was very smooth. Definitely recommended.

Fabrizio's place is simply magical, a real hidden gem. The house is comfortable and tidy, the forest in which it is located is beautiful and private, despite being very easy to get there with a short walk. Fabrizio is a professional, kind and helpful person, in addition to welcoming us and showing us the accommodation in a complete way, dedicating time, he showed us hiking trails in Gran Sasso Park that we really appreciated. 5 stars easy!!

This is already the second time I have used this apartment, which has everything you need to feel at home even for just one night. Very nice people and clean and comfortable apartment!

Super easy and convenient check-in. Close to the train station, which is both positive and negative. Very good communication. Private. On a busy street however. A short walk to the center of Pescara.

It was a wonderful experience, living in a beautiful and authentic home! My family and I had a great time, there was everything in the house and more we needed it! A cozy atmosphere and the cleanliness in height! Thank you very much, we'll be back for sure!

Gianluca’s beautiful apartment on the 6th and 7th floor is spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The views from the balconies over the pineta (small pine forest and park) to the sea are spectacular. The beach is wonderful and a very short walk. Tiziana, the property manager, was extremely responsive, helpful, and delightful! This is the place to stay in Montesilvano.

We had a really wonderful time at Il Noceto. The local hosts were great and the house is wonderful: well-equipped with a great location. The pool is great and the view over the valleys that surround it are wonderful.

Catia's place was lovely. It was comfortable, in a cute neighborhood, very private. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of linens. Bed in large bedroom was very comfortable, twin bed was a bit small for an adult (best for a child). Bedding & towels were very strongly scented, so if you have allergies, make sure Catia knows ahead of time - to wash without perfumes. Parking is not available at the unit. Just be aware you will need to find parking on the narrow city streets. We parked next to a small park at the end of the road. Overall, it was a nice place to stay & Catia was a great host.

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

Lorenzo was a very kind and helpful host, he welcomed us and showed us some places to visit and restaurants. The place is very clean, super quiet location and no neighbors. We spent 4 days with our dog who could easily stay in the garden (private and closed) and visited many places nearby. The only "negative" aspects of the accommodation were the lack of mosquito nets in the bedrooms, which means that in summer, leaving the windows open (you were feeling great!) some insects entered, and the distance from the town center: if you want to take a tour of the village in the evening the road to get there is uphill and quite long. Thelatter aspect did not weigh us because in the evening, after long walks, we always went to bed after dinner. We didn't use the bbq. In short: a more than positive experience and highly recommended for those who want to spend a few days in total relaxation to visit Abruzzo, away from the confusion.

I had a wonderful stay with my friends in a beautiful house located in Castelli, near the Gran Sasso National Park. The house was really nice and cozy, but what impressed us the most was the garden. With breathtaking mountain views, we spent many hours chatting and relaxing in the open air. The owner lady was extremely kind and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the routine and enjoy the beauty of nature. We will definitely be back!

It was wonderful to experience the beautiful town of Capestrano. The home was charming, cozy and comfortable and so romantic! Easy drives to Sulmona, L'aquila and Pescara.

From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt at home. They kindly and carefully showed us the rooms, the house rules and some local places or activities to do nearby. The view is spectacular and being a little out of the center we felt at peace, pampered only by the sounds of nature. Kira, our German shepherd, thoroughly explored the garden and had fun running around. The house is essential, but with everything you need. We found cleanliness, tranquility and those who hosted us were always really welcoming, helpful and always kind. When we return to Abruzzo we will already know where to go!
