The apartment is located in front of the Park, equipped with numerous games for children and with the brand new public fitness area, for those who want to keep fit even on vacation. The proximity to the sea is minimal but those who prefer to discover new beaches can use the bike path. Nearby there are: a supermarket, newsstand, fishmonger, pharmacy, church, pizzeria, restaurant, bank, and post office.
