In 2018, it was completely renovated with glamor and quality and equipped with attention to every detail. The Villa has large leisure areas, a game room with a smart TV, table games and snooker, a playground, heated pool, and barbecue.

In 2015 the house was completely renovated with an extension built using straw bales that keeps the house cool in the summer an warm in the winter.
