Book Toby's without a second thought. Welcoming and yet discreet we spent a week Royale 🙂 very good sleeping The bus line 29 at the sylverknowes short stop will put you near the train station and downtown get off at princess street. For restaurants we recommend the Toby cave 10mn walk excellent value for money we went there 3 times. Great tour in the Highlands and the royal ticket is perfect. In short, a great stay in Edinburgh 💗

Kim and An are amazing hosts- maybe the best airbnb hosts I have come across. They were so responsive to all of our questions, gave us local recommendations (not just a few but so many!), catered to our request of a thicker blanket and just made us feel so comfortable. The place itself is very beautiful. Their home is lovely and decorated very thoughtfully. Very minimal, yet charming and comfortable. The bathroom is down the hall and is very spacious. The shower was great as well. Please note that we had the bathroom to ourselves. The room is exactly how it looks in the pictures. They had tea, coffee and some biscuits, which was very convenient for us. They also had ample parking space. The bus stop is just around the corner. Overall, The neighbourhood felt very local and peaceful. Would highly recommend staying with them.

We found the flat easily and parked right at the front door. The room was perfect for what our needs, comfy bed, great shower, plenty of space. The location made it easy to avoid the centre with the car when we arrived from the Fife side, but also to get a bus easily into town and back for the gig we were going to.

The room and the flat was really nice and Matthew was really friendly and flexible about me arriving late in the evening. I would certainly stay again.
