Nice place, close walk to downtown , and also close to marinas and lakefront. Also they allow dogs, huge plus.

Marie was a fantastic host and the accomodations were very clean and incredibly comfortable. Everything is stocked so nicely, we lacked nothing. She is very responsive with any questions. The location is wonderful, very walkable to the adorable town area. Highly recommend!

This is a quaint studio apartment that is very nicely decorated. Space was very clean and easy to navigate. Stairs are a little steep and the bathroom is on the smaller side as a warning. Kitchen is pristine and there was filtered water in the fridge that was very much appreciated! This is a great spot for one or two people to stay. Parking was relatively easy, just on a hill (so have your parking break ready!). Also loved the close access to the city without being directly in the middle of it. It was nice to come back to the quiet of the neighborhood at the end of the day and only be a five minute drive to a great coffee shop in the morning.

Cool little studio. Full size fridge and nice little kitchen. Close to Muskegon Lake and a few bars/ restaurants. Short drive to downtown. Pet friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would have changed about my stay would have been to stay longer. The property is located on a very private and peaceful area of Ada and has a cool path directly to the Grand River in the back yard, along with a fire pit. The space itself is very clean and modern, with more than enough for a comfortable stay. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be staying here again!

The place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The host responded quickly and was helpful when there was a small issue. Well located. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great spacious stay in the heart of Grand Rapids, walkable to venue, breweries, and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and large clean bathrooms. Would stay here again!

My now fiancé and I stayed here during what I know now was my engagement vacation. This house is small but a perfect size for 2-3 people (sleeps 2 comfortably), genuinely our only “complaint” was that the hot water doesn’t last super long and it turns cold very fast. So just plan to take shorter showers and you’ll be perfect! Close to the beach and everything we wanted to do on our trip. All things considered like the space, price, and the quality of our stay, we would absolutely stay here again and feel like it’s the best deal a couple could find. The host responds fast and was super nice when we forgot our bedsheets at home on the other side of the state. Genuinely zero complaints and would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay! The house is as described in the listing and was very comfortable with amazing decor. Super close to lots of great restaurants.

Everything was perfectly as described! What a beautiful home away from home. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was divine, and the kitchen was chef friendly! Plenty of counter tops and a gas stove (that was a plus!) I wish I could have stayed longer. Close to grocery markets and restaurants as well as a park. Beautiful neighborhood. Very safe.

Oh my goodness, I’m not sure where to begin on our fabulous stay at Sunnyside Up. This was our first vacation rental and we are not sure that will ever be another that compares. The pictures are a perfect depiction of this great apartment. What is not shown is all of the special attention to details like the wonderful towels (including use of beach towels), every kitchen items you could ever need/want, the great bathroom including dividers in the bathroom vanity, the unbelievable instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. Location is perfect and truly walkable. The next time we visit GH we will definitely be staying here. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed here, and it simply feels like home. The amenities make it even more like home, and you couldn’t ask for better hosts in Mike & Tina. They are the best of the best! We’re already booked and look forward to coming back in the Fall!

Great weekend stay in GR! We loved how walkable it was to get to shops and restaurants, without being directly in the heart of downtown. As promised, there was a parking spot available in their driveway, as well as plenty of street parking. The kitchen is quaint and well stocked with coffee. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a 2br 1ba in GR!

Monica’s place is lovely and ideally located to do lots of activities. The place also included lots of thoughtful touches in the kitchen and the bathroom and was well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This Airbnb was perfect! The location was great and the space was exactly what you see with the pictures. We had a really nice trip & a huge reason for that was the ease with this Airbnb. The place does have thin walls, so you can hear the other unit if people are talking on a louder decibel. The host does state that this is shared & to respect you neighbors, so we did not have a problem. I also believe the host would step in if anyone was being too rowdy, but you might want earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Overall, it was a great stay & I would recommend it!

My family & I thought it was a Great place to stay. A very good location for walking & sightseeing. Parking in the lot was easy. And the Hot Tub/ Fire Pit Combo Deck was fabulous.

We have been making an annual summer trip to Ludington for about 10 years. We have stayed at several hotels over the years, and Mitten Flats has by far been our favorite place to stay. We needed to upgrade for more space, as our kids are teenagers now. Mitten Flats offered us plenty of space. It is also a great location. Both the beach and pier are a very short walk, and we also walked to town a couple times, as well, in about 7 minutes. We used the shared deck and fire pit a couple of times, which was lovely. The host(s) were excellent at communication and fast at responding to questions. It was the perfect size for our family of five. We had a great family vacation.

My partner and I loved staying here over the winter holiday. It was very well-thought out design in such a small space and most things we needed for our stay were included by the host. It seems like they thought of everything and we agreed that this would be a very nice place to stay in the summertime. The only thing I’ll say is that I don’t think the Airbnb could sleep 4 - when the Murphy bed is down, there isn’t much room remaining. We were very comfortable but we are two fairly small people. This is an excellent space for a couple! Thank you again.

Was here for Memorial Day and had a last minute booking. I am glad this is the place we got. The location is so convenient, it’s only about a half mile walk to down town. It was only about a block from the beach. Super affordable with a really nice shared area with a hot tub, fire pit, and grill. Met some very nice people that booked the flat next to us. Highly recommend!

Michelle's place was perfect for our stay. We were a group of three couples, in town for an event at the Intersection. Michelle's place was in a safe area with a nice park across the street. We Ubered to & from our event and to a great area for dinner. Parking at the house was easy. Michelle's provided coffee for the morning, a thoughtful bonus!
