1 bedroom apartment in the center of Santa Cruz, fully equipped, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Located in a wide area with easy parking. The apartment was fully refurbished in 2019, has a double bedroom, one bathroom and a living room connected to the one with the kitchen, with a sofa bed. On the street in front there is a supermarket, laundry and more commerce. It has dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave. There is no washing machine and oven.

Has fast wi-fi and if you prefer you can use your cable for ethernet conection. We just added a new air coditioning unit in the bedroom, adding to the existing one in the living area.
