Enjoy the beautiful view as well as the hot tub, sauna, gym, pool table, modern kitchen and dedicated workspace. For an additional charge (285€/night) you can rent the guest house (6 guests). It has a wood sauna, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 separate beds; Bedroom with a sea view (160cm), bedroom (120cm &TV), a loft with two beds (2x140cm)

Tästä viihtyisästä kohteesta on vain 5 minuutin ajomatka palveluiden äärelle. Massiiviset kelohirret ja puupinnat tuovat tunnelmaa yläkerran makuu- ja oleskelutilaan. Alakerrassa on pieni, mutta hyvin varusteltu keittiö sekä pieni kylpyhuone/wc. Autopaikka on oven edessä. Kesäaikana vierailla on pääsy majoittajan rannalle, josta on uintimahdollisuus.

Tilat soveltuvat 1-2 aikuiselle sekä lisäksi mahtuu 1-2 lasta. Huomioi: Lemmikit ovat sallittuja, mutta niiden määrä tapauskohtaisesti ja niistä on ilmoitettava varausta tehdessä. Lähikaupunkien kohteisiin ajaa noin Helsinki 1.5 h, Kotka 45 min, Hamina 45 min, Lahti 1 h 10 min, Loviisa 40 min. Kouvolan keskustaan 40 min.

Pikkuruinen Minikoti omalla sisäänkäynnillä

Tämä erityinen kohde sijaitsee keskustassa, eli Kotkansaarella, kanta-satamassa. Aivan kivenheiton päässä kohoavat Satama-areena, Vellamo ja uusi Xamkin kampus. Torille ja kauppakeskus Pasaatiin on matkaa noin 400m. Tähän pikkuruiseen Citypesään saavut kätevästi autolla ja junalla ja oman sisäänkäynnin ja koodilukon ansiosta voit kirjautua sisään joustavasti oman aikataulusi mukaan. Huomaathan kuitenkin, että arkisin sisäänkirjautuminen on normaalisti alkaen klo 17.

Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.
