The house has a total of 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets. In the basement there is a Finnish sauna, a hot tub and a gym with a treadmill. In front of the house there is a large grassy, well-maintained area and 2 beautiful terraces. The side wall of the house from the entrance is equipped with a camera operating 0-24 hours, which monitors and records the gate entrance and the parking lot.

When entering the house from the large terrace, you will find yourself in the kitchen-dining room-living room area. Downstairs there is also a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is another little bathroom, a storage room and two bedrooms. Parking is available in the garden, or in front of the property.
