Eugene is a very nice and kind host! He hosted me for 2.5 months and I have 0 complaints. The place had everything I needed for the cold winter - super insulated and working ondol (floor heating) system and efficient dryers. Never had an issue with the shower water temperature and electric stove was sufficient to cook simple meals.

From the bus stop you tow something with heavy suitcases, especially because the street is quite uneven, I would recommend. However, it is not far and still easily accessible. The place itself was beautiful and very large, which gave us the perfect opportunity to pack our suitcases relaxed on our last day.

Convenient location, communicative host, spacious with everything you need! Would stay again.

While location was a little distant away from touristy areas, accommodation was only a short walk away from train station with many food options around. Place was clean and comfy! I enjoyed my stay and will return next time.

Helen was an amazing host! She was incredibly kind and accommodating. We had a larger group so she really went out of her way to make sure that we could stay comfortably. The physical place itself I would say is equivalent to what you pay for but it is very convenient and close to a lot of things in Hapjeong. Helen by far is the best host that I have interacted with and I would stay at another one of her places again just because of her hospitality alone! Thank you again Helen for making our stay so memorable.

Great stopover, ideal location for airport.

Really enjoyed our short stay! It was convenient and the apartment is clean, big and comfortable matching with the pictures. It is also very close to a bus stop for an airport shuttle.

The place is really cozy and clean to stay in. It looks exactly like how it shows in the photos. The host was really responsive in replying. The instructions given to locate the area was very clear. I would like to recommend everyone to try out this place :)

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

Host was very helpful in all aspects. Very responsive on all my queries. Place was very convenient specially for the airport bus. Lots of places and coffee shops nearby. Myeongdong shopping area was just a few minutes away. Place was clean and felt like home away from home. Will definitely stay with them again if we're back in Seoul.

We have had a great stay at Sejin’s. We had a couple of question on checking and Sejin was very responsive. The place was just as described and we love how easy it was to get to other parts of Seoul. The bus stop is just down the road and many places are just walking distance.

Great place, It’s the second times for me and it will be my next next time 😊. Host is so helpful, when I have a question, they always there to help every time. The location is good, many cvs around there and if you can go with bus, there is a bus stop right next to the building.

The host kindly guided me and extended the check-out time by an hour, so I was able to stay relaxed.

We had a nice stay with 3 adults and 3 children. The apartment is very nice and has plenty of space and all of the amenities we could need. There is also a nice playground right outside.

The structure of the house is unusual, but I booked it because I could see it. The host was also kind, so I was impressed. Bathroom is your style (bathtub, etc.) Fluffy bedding Funny house structure Hospitable Host Close to hot places such as Yeonnam-dong, Yeonhui-dong, etc. Cons Laborers are visible during the day due to the construction of the building in front of the building (Soundproofing is quiet unless you open the window) The bathroom also has a window, so you need to be careful when washing and going out during the day. (There is a robe in the bathroom) There's a real host's stuff A home that feels like an Airbnb I'm sensitive, so if my bed changes, I often go all night. I slept really well. I'll visit again at the beginning of next month:)
