host provided super detailed descriptions on how to get there and was very friendly, location was walkable but had a little distance. other than that everything was perfect, room was clean and there was different bins separated so that i can sort the trash easily which is what i am thankful for too thank you host!

The building is old but the room itself looks newly renovated. It’s clean and has everything we needed. It’s right by Gaehwasan subway station which is one station away from Gimpo Airport station. There is also an airport bus station just 3 minutes away which is really convenient. There are restaurants and cafés on the ground floor of the building, as well as convenience stores and a local mart nearby. Jiwon and her husband were really accommodating which is a plus. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying here again.

It is a little off Mangridan-gil, so it is quiet. There are many convenient facilities such as supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and it is also close to Mangwon Market. It's close to Mangwon Hangang Park, so it's great for a walk. The accommodation is exactly as pictured, and the balcony and dining area are beautiful. It was a little far from the subway station, but the bus stop was close, so there was no major inconvenience in getting around. There is a water purifier, so you don't have to buy water separately, and there is no coffee and tea. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, but you must bring a toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor. The big room is a little hotter than the small room, so I think that's why you only put a small fan in the big room. And it was nice to have a washing machine so I could do simple laundry.

Great stay! The place was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed — plenty of towels, napkins, and other essentials. Soon was responsive and very helpful throughout. Connectivity was super convenient, with both the subway and bus stations just steps away. Would definitely recommend!

I spent 7 days there, it's really the best. Very peaceful and accessible corner ( 5 minutes walk to a metro station and 10 minutes to shops/market). Very nice and welcoming owner, I would definitely recommend it.

The landlord responded quickly and kindly. The interior of the house was clean, and it was a new building, so all the necessary supplies were available in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, so I was able to live comfortably. There are parks around where you can take a light walk, such as Dokdeoksan, and there is no shortage of markets in front of the house, but the traditional market around the station is large and lively, so it is fun to look around, and of course, there is plenty of food. There were many restaurants and eateries in the food alley in front of the station.

I went on a business trip to Incheon and didn't want to stay at a motel, so I booked Airbnb. I was able to find the accommodation easily because the directions were given in detail! As soon as I entered the house, I liked the fragrant smell, and the bathroom and the room were so clean, so it was great. The bed and pillows were comfortable, so I slept well without any discomfort. If I visit Incheon again next time, I think I'll book here again.

It was my second time by Urbanstay and what should I say: 100 % recommanded. Most of my trips I stay direct into the borders of Seoul. But this time I chose consciously an apartment outside of Seoul. So I decide to chose this quartier in Incheon, Songdo-dong. The house itself is a very modern complex. It is quit and peacefull. You just need some time for orientation. So - as a tip - get yourself this time for orientation! You will need it. The room itself was clean, modern and like the pictures. The area around the apartment is modern, new, stylish and very clean. In Songdo-dong you have many shopping areas, parks, the business office buildings of Incheon and space for walks, jogging or just relaxing. I see on my rounds around the area a lot of young familys and modern styles. It is a real urban area that combines modern city constructions with the idea of a green inner city. By the way: the Incheon Arts Center (aka a small opera/theater is just about 10 to 15 minutes walk away).

We checked in super late into Lulu’s apartment and she was kind enough to stay up to ensure check in went smoothly. It’s the perfect central location in Seoul with easy access to Seoul station, with Olive Young and CU downstairs and the Four Points Sheraton just next door. Great, comfortable spot for staying in Seoul, I appreciated the little touches like the coffee, water bottles and Aesop soaps.

A hope and a skip to Line 9, CU and a small eatery downstairs. Space was relaxing and open which was so lovely to come back to after a jam packed day of sightseeing. So well worth to stay, will come back again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this listing. The place was very clean and the bed was very firm. My hostess was very responsive. I had a little difficulty getting into the unit as the PIN code was a little off but she was very responsive to the Airbnb chat and I was able to get into the unit within 30 minutes. She also kindly allowed me to have the unit a couple of hours earlier than the usual 3p time listed. She also had a lot of nice touches, including having a washer in the unit, with some laundry detergent. She also provided some bottles of drinking water. She also provided some fun local snacks that I enjoyed trying. The shower was not my favorite (basically an attachment to the bathroom sink), but I understand why it was designed this way - to be space saving. But it was not a deal breaker. I also really enjoyed the close proximity to Songdo CONVENSIA- as I was attending a conference there. It was a quick walk to the conference center. Very convenient!

The interior was clean and tidy, and 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, living room. 9 people can rest comfortably with 2 extra bedding It was enough for me to sleep. Beautiful colored chairs and tables, etc. I prepared it carefully A pleasant overnight gathering I did well.

Great place to stay Large space for four people I think it's a spacious location and it's very responsive to the host. Will stay again next time on this side:)

A very satisfactory stay, push the door open to find it exactly like the photos is very surprising, the host is very well prepared, and it was a pleasant and comfortable four days in this house!

This place was in a great location with lots to do, young culture, access to food 24 hours a day, local markets and the train station.

I stayed due to house construction. I had a good stay.

It was so neat and the location was good Unfortunately, there is only one spoons and chopsticks, so it would be nice to bring a disposable spoon when going with more than two people. Apart from that, I was so satisfied that I plan to come again next time ^ ^

Convenient location, convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, pharmacy, and direct access to the airport by subway. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and he responded quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

The location is very good. The building has restaurants, cafes, and amenities, making it convenient to use, and Lotte Mall and Galleria are across the street, and you can take a walk around the lake just a short walk away. It was very quiet at night without any outside noise, so I was able to rest comfortably.

I visited while looking for a twin bed, but the parking was convenient and the facilities were newly built, so it was so nice!!! The interior was neat and basically almost everything was equipped, so it was nice. I think I'll visit again next time I come to Incheon.

The bathroom was clean and the bathroom supplies were all well stocked. I liked it because they responded quickly and there was plenty of parking space. I'll come again next time I come to Gwanggyo.

Accompanied by an elementary school child I went with my family. There is also a convenience store on the first floor There's a chicken restaurant, so you can eat simply It was nice to have it packed. It's not difficult to separate and collect It was nice to have it, so it was easy to organize. I could see that they cared about the management Maybe it's because the bed is fluffy There was a railroad next to it, but We slept well:) Above all, it was nice to communicate well!
