We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

The self-contained studio apartment has views on the green fields, with nice walks close by. A decking area with outdoor furniture is great for breathing in the fresh air. Wifi and Smart TV are available, as well as a washing machine, and a kitchen with a hob and microwave.

Lovely apartment close to city, garden & driveway

This is not a good choice of apartment if you are looking to go out, get drunk, play loud music and make a lot of noise. I have neighbours with young children so there is zero tolerance on parties, loud music, disturbing the neighbours or having guests in the property in addition to the those who booked (2 max.). I will be advised of these situations and will have no option but to end your stay and seek compensation.
