When you arrive, you can enjoy a spacious terrace, with the necessary facilities for grilling, outdoor tennis, volleyball, basketball, hot tub (daily price - 60 Eur, second - 30 Eur) or walk the forest paths. Rental is only for quiet relaxation, parties are not.

The apartment is located next to Kalniečiai Park. Also there is good access to Kaunas Airport. On the rooftop terrace, you will find a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. You can also enjoy charcoal grill, canoe, sound system, water trampoline at no extra costs. You only have to bring wood or charcoal for bbq. Music can be played outdoors until 22pm.
