The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing, and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment via the elevator. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, is the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year long (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: table, chairs, umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a nice swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.

The Pradollano ski resort is 18 km away. Each studio has central heating, and the Álam studio also features a private terrace. The location is very special, offering stunning views of Mulhacén, Alcazaba, and the entire Sierra Nevada. There are no neighbors nearby, and the only sounds you’ll hear are from nature. There is a large terrace with a shared pool and plenty of space to sunbathe or relax. Just a 5-minute walk away is a local restaurant with excellent menus and tapas. A 15-minute walk takes you to a campsite with a supermarket, restaurant, and café open daily—perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or last-minute shopping. Also, the town center with several restaurants, shops, and services is just a 15-minute walk away.

It houses four apartments of different capacities: Atrojes, Cuadra, Tinao and Torreón, distributed in the old agricultural units of the farmhouse. The Torreón house is culminating in the building. A bright duplex with a kitchen, private terrace, and excellent views. It is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.
