The apartment is located on the fourth floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, opposite the first stop of the Parador I chairlift and a short distance from the Maribel slope. NOT RENTED TO PERSONS UNDER 30 YEARS OF AGE, unless previously communicated to and accepted by the owner. This cozy 45-square-meter unit is south facing and overlooks the ski slopes, making the apartment very bright. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, washing machine, centralized and programmed heating, etc.). The entrance is private, using access codes. The price INCLUDES bed linens, towels (2 per person), duvets and essentials. DESCRIPTION: ENTRANCE: There is a closet for jackets, a ski area, a 70-LITER electric water heater, cleaning products, an iron and an ironing board. BATHROOM: It has a 90-cm shower tray, first aid kit, bath gel, shampoo, hair dryer, washing machine, folding clotheslines and a ski boot cabinet. LIVING ROOM: It has a 3-meter window overlooking the ski slopes and faces south, so it is very sunny. It has a three-seat sofa, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, a small table, a Smart TV, games and books. KITCHEN: It is integrated into the living room and has tableware, kitchen utensils, an induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, blender, filter coffee maker and basic items (coffee, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, teas, etc.). BEDROOMS: The master bedroom has a 135 cm bed and the other bedroom has two 80 cm beds (folding bunk bed). Between the two there is a hallway with a DRESSING ROOM for clothes, suitcases, a code safe that you can program, and pillows of different firmness. HEATING: It is centralized and programmed. Before your arrival, it will be turned on for greater comfort. There is a radiator in each bedroom (600w + 600w), in the bathroom (350w) and in the living room (1500w), which gives the apartment great warmth. The entire apartment is rented for the exclusive use of the guests. The Parador I chairlift stop is located in front of the building. At this same stop, you can buy the ski pass or pick up the one you booked online. The Maribel slope is located approximately 70 meters away. I have another apartment listed on this website in the same building on the third floor. The ideal occupancy is 3 guests, but we allow a maximum of four at the same price (in that case, please let us know so we can prepare it for four guests). We are registered as a VUT (Tourist Use Housing) with the Junta de Andalucía. Therefore, we are required to request a record of travelers, which is sent to the police website. PETS are not allowed. No PARTIES or noise that bothers neighbors are allowed. Failure to comply with these sections will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. Please DO NOT SMOKE in the apartment, with the windows open, or on the building's staircase. If you smoke, the smell of tobacco remains in the house and we will need special cleaning and to air out the apartment for hours, which will cause heat loss in the house. If you smoke, we will notify AIRBNB so that it can take the appropriate measures and request compensation of €75 for the problems caused.

Upon entering the apartment, on the right, is the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year long (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: table, chairs, umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a nice swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.
