This cozy 45-square-meter unit has a south orientation and overlooking the ski slopes, which makes the apartment very bright. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, washing machine, centralized and programmed heating, etc.). The entrance is private, using access codes. Bed linen, towels (2 per person), duvets and essentials are INCLUDED in the price. DESCRIPTION: -ENTRADA: A closet for jackets, ski area, 70 LITRE electric thermos, cleaning products, iron and an ironing board is located. -BATHROOM: It has a 90 cm shower, first aid kit, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, washing machine, folding clotheslines and a cabinet for ski boots. - LIVING ROOM: It has a 3-meter window overlooking the ski slopes and faces south, so it is very sunny. It has a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, a small table, Smart TV, games and books. - KITCHEN: it is integrated into the living room and has: tableware, kitchenware, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, blender, filter coffee maker and basic items (coffee, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, infusions, etc.). - BEDROOMS: The master bedroom has a 135 cm bed and the other bedroom has two 80 cm beds (folding bunk bed). Between both there is a hallway with a DRESSING ROOM for clothes, suitcases, a code safe that You can program and pillows of different hardness. - HEATING: it is centralized and programmed. Before you arrive, you will connect for greater comfort. There is a radiator in each bedroom (600w + 600w), in the bathroom (350w) and in the living room (1500w), which gives the apartment great warmth. -The apartment is rented in full, for the exclusive use of guests. - The Parador I chairlift stop is located in front of the building. At this same stop you can buy the pass or pick up the one you booked online. The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. -In the same building on the third floor I have another apartment advertised on this website. -The ideal occupancy is 3 guests, but we allow a maximum of four at the same price (in that case, please let us know so we can prepare it for four guests). -We are registered as a VUT (Tourist Use Housing) with the Junta de Andalucía. Therefore, we are required to request a record of travelers, which is sent to the police website. - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these sections will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building. If they smoke, the smell of tobacco remains in the house and we will need a special cleaning and airing the floor for hours, so we will lose heat in the house. If you smoke, we will notify AIRBNB so that it can take the appropriate measures and request compensation of €75 for the problems caused.
