The spacious apartment is located in the basement of our house with a separate entrance. The house is located on a low-traffic street in a residential area. The area is therefore very quiet. From here you can wonderfully explore the cycling and hiking trails of Wöllstein and the surrounding area. The cities of Bad Kreuznach and Alzey are each only 15 minutes away. Via the good highway connection A61/A60/A63 you can also get to the Rhine/Main area quite quickly.

Together with our two children and a cat, Roman and I live in the old sandstone house with a beautiful garden and rent our adjoining apartment overlooking the countryside. Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Recently, we have a paid electric car charging station / wallbox in the yard.

This stylish, newly renovated historic quarry stone house from 1833 in Rhinehessian Switzerland is suitable for families, hikers, cyclists and especially for dog lovers. The courtyard/forest-like garden, which is over 600 square meters, is completely fenced. The Appelbach flows right through the middle of the small village. Dogs also like to use it for bathing.

Apartment in a rural area in a beautiful wine-growing landscape. Wonderful for relaxing, for beautiful hikes through forests and vineyards. The "Hiwwelrouten" are particularly recommended.
