Super space to stay when visiting Cooperstown. Pastoral setting on a small pond with decks on the front and back. Roomy open floor plan, quiet bedrooms, very fun garage that’s been turned into a game room and a double set of washer/dryers for dirty baseball clothes :). Loved our stay. 20 mins from downtown Cooperstown.

Absolutely stunning place, Kim and Russel are great hosts! Would surely be returning for another family stay!

Serenity was a very welcoming home. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend this home for any family.

SPECTACULAR! Tom & Carol are the nicest people you’ll ever meet and genuinely enjoy sharing their Piece of Heaven with guests. Anything you need, 24/7, just ask. Tom’s art & sculpture, inside & out, will blow you away! If you’ve stayed at their former AirB&B, the Art Cabin in the Woods, you’ll remember the little touches that made it magical, surprises at every turn - imagine that x5, that’s what you find here. GORGEOUS indoor space that’s colorful, whimsical and yet upscale & refined, from the radiant heated floors to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen..the cozy living room with the biggest TV I’ve ever seen to the bedroom’s atmospheric wall-mounted fireplace.. the PERFECT mattress & the deepest soaking tub these old bones have ever had the pleasure to melt in! True luxury Outside - hot tub, grill, fire pit, wood-burning sauna…3 decks, seating everywhere, and the views…all speak for themselves. 2 nights wasn’t enough, strongly suggest minimum 3, I’m already planning!!

We had a great time just hanging out and catching up with our sisters/mom. Such a cozy environment! Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable! Kennith had good recommendations for restaurants in the area and was very quick to respond whenever I messaged him! I would definitely recommend this home!!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. All the amenities and then some! Was a wonderful large kitchen and the beds were SO comfortable. The showers were a treat! Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful time here even in the rain! It’s so cozy and beautiful. We had a blast sitting by the fire to make s’mores. The kids had lots of space to run and play too! The Mountain View was everything you could ever want. I never wanted to leave. Host was very responsive when I had a question. It was extremely quiet and beautiful. The towns nearby were also very charming.

I came to Mary’s Airbnb for my birthday with a few friends and we had an awesome time. The Airbnb was really well appointed with everything you could need. Mary had thoughtful touches all throughout the home. The location is amazing and we loved playing in the river and having a fire. We would love to come again! It was one of the best airbnbs we’d stayed in.

Had an amazing time at Delaware House. So relaxing, loved sitting at covered porch and listening to birds singing. Perfect mix of privacy and close distance to local restaurants as well as hiking trails. Nature at its finest.

This was our second stay at Breezy Meadows. It’s a beautiful, peaceful location. One of these days we’ll come in the summer so we can take advantage of the pond, fire pit and trails. Inside is really nice, wonderfully decorated and has what you need. If you come in colder weather, don’t forget your slippers!

The brick house at Eagle Ridge Farm was a great home base for us to spend a long weekend in the Catskills. The place was well kept, with a comfy bed, and a great view out the windows. Scenic, but only a few minutes from Arkville and Margaretville, where there are great options for food and drink! We were also recommended great hikes by the host. Would happily stay again!

It really is like being at home. It is a beautiful cabin, surrounded by lots of snow and lots of pine trees. lots of towels and lots of blankets. We really had a great time, and Myrna and Mike, they are really great and very friendly. one hundred percent recommendable

Staying at Osborne Creek was the best weekend reset ever. Daryl and Roger were awesome hosts and so kind. The place was beautiful and very well kept. The horses were so cute and friendly and it was a great addition to this place. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for something relaxing but being close to the “city”. Can’t wait to book our next stay here!

David and Merry were some of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect, even choosing not to rent out the other part of the house during our visit to give us more privacy. They welcomed us warmly, shared great local tips, helped us book a restaurant and even sent us a bottle of wine there. The house was beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would absolutely love to come back!

The apartment was very comfortable. The fresh eggs and other breakfast items were a great surprise. The location was perfect for let us get away from Dreams Park between games. Our daughters had a great time feeding the animals and jumping on the trampoline.

Randy & Kim’s place was the absolute nicest done & cleanest airbnb I’ve ever been to & I’ve stayed at a lot of very nice places! The beds, pillows, couch, linens & towels were all extremely comfortable too! It was stocked with everything we ended up needing that we hadn’t thought to bring which was a relief! The fireplace by the water & games made for great entertainment! The kayaks were available however we ran out of time to enjoy however the hosts even answered questions & let us know in advance that preservers were provided! Randy & Kim were both very friendly & extremely helpful! I can’t thank them enough for providing such a wonderful place for my family to stay during my daughter’s graduation!

My husband, friends, and I are truly enamored with Jacob's place. The house is beautiful, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and inviting. We always have a wonderful time there. This was our third visit, and we can easily envision many more to come in the future.

The house is very cozy and beautiful and very close to the downtown where there are a plenty of good coffee shops and places to eat. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. They treated us to free coffee at their nearly Korean coffee place. I highly recommend

The Waterfall Casita was beautiful, well equipped, clean and offered lots of privacy. The view to the waterfall was breathtaking. Perfect to relax, connect with nature and get a break from the daily hustle. Would’ve loved to stay longer! We were able to cook meals without any difficulties, the fridge though small was more than plenty of room for the essentials we brought. Jenn was kind, available and communicated quickly without disrupting the peace and privacy. The information about local places and instructions were clear and helpful. Would love to stay again!

This place is beautiful. Host is very responsive and helpful. I will say the road to get up to the house is very steep so be prepared. Otherwise all was great and would highly recommend staying here.

If you’re looking for a cozy weekend away in the Catskills, this is the place!! Everything about Pamela and Alan’s cabin was absolutely perfect: the cleanliness, the amenities, their friendliness, the vast space, and bonus: the grill and hot tub. My partner and I loved every minute of our time spent at the cabin and truly made some great memories staying up here. I cannot recommend this place enough and thank Pamela and Alan for being incredible hosts!

We loved our stay here! Our dogs had so much fun in the yard/river and got some much needed off leash time. The house is perfect, clean and has everything you need. The hosts were extremely responsive and took care of whatever we needed. 10/10 would stay here again!

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem Over the Water! This over-the-water bungalow in Otego, New York, is by far one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever experienced. The peaceful and quiet setting made it the perfect escape, and being able to fish right off the deck was a huge bonus. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the place had all the creature comforts of home—cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Michael and Courtney were amazing hosts—warm, welcoming, and responsive. You can truly tell they put their heart into making this place special. We’re already planning our next visit!

When I decided in February to take three weeks away from my home city to spend time in the mountains, I wasn't sure I'd come a place that ticked all the boxes: would let me bring my dog, was on top of hiking by not terrifically far from essential businesses, was within a 4-5 hour drive from home, had the comforts I knew I needed and-- would also let me bring my cat? What did I find? This total gem of a cabin. My animals and I were able to make ourselves comfortable, the views of the lush trees were instantly calming, the bed was super comfortable, and somehow even though it felt like the middle of no where, was a 30 min drive from so many beautiful villages, trailheads, and other Catskills goodness. Mark was super on top of communications, helped me out when I needed it, and made sure I had what we needed. Highly recommend a stay here-- can't beat the charm and being truly surrounded by stunning nature.
