This was my second time staying at this wonderful place, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy, and very comfortable — everything was just perfect for a relaxing stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the calm atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home, and I enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

The place is in a great location if you’re looking to stay in Sidi Bou Said. I stayed in the apartment on the third floor, which might be a bit challenging for elderly guests due to the stairs, but it's a great option for travelers on a budget or young couples. The price is reasonable, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including an iron, cookware, microwave, and more. I didn’t use the oven during my 4-day stay, but everything else met my needs. Overall, I was happy with my experience and would recommend it.

if we're talking about accommodation it's really more than perfect, everything's nickel, everything's clean, it's much better than the photos and really we were very happy, excellent in every sense, hygiene, equipment and a life on garden and beautiful pool, it's accessible for the elderly and young, I personally give them 20 out of 10, everything's great and everything's clean, thank you for the welcome and for the stay

We really enjoyed staying at Adnane's and I highly recommend it. The place is large and very nice plus it was clean and tidy. Adnane was very responsive and helpful, from the day I reserved the place until we left. He, and his Brother Tahar, really made us feel at home away from home. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and safe. It was my birthday week and Adnane made a really sweet gesture of sending a nice bouquet on the day of our arrival. He also had a lemonade and some sweets for us the day we left. Like I mentioned earlier, I really recommend the place and Adnane as a great host.

My parents stayed at this lovely apartment and absolutely loved it. The space is cozy, clean, and beautifully put together, perfect for a relaxing stay. Seif was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended

The place was absolutely perfect—ideally located within walking distance of everything you might need. Lamaane was incredibly helpful, always responsive, and attentive. The amenities were excellent, and the place featured high-end finishes. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tunisia!

We had a great stay in this lower villa with a garden and our feet in the water! a beautiful and peaceful residential area in La Marsa. The house is very spacious and well decorated. everything was perfectly clean. 100% recommend!

Very nice welcome and easy transport from the airport with a taxi recommended by Hamdi who welcomes you at the airport exit. The accommodation is very beautiful and comfortable. I would recommend this apartment. Stéphane

1st floor accommodation in a family house with separate entrance. 5* for cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Mariem was always quick to respond and happy to help with information and suggestions. Approx 10-15 mins from Tunis Airport (10-12 Dinars if the driver used the taxi meter), 5 mins walking distance to TGM station L'Aeroport or 7 mins to TGM Kheireddine. Train leaves from Kheireddine towards La'Marsa and Sidi Bou Said at half past every hour and cost 0.5D pp. If you wish to travel to Avenue Habib Bourguiba which leads to the old Medina/ Bab-el-Bhar, You can take a louage (yellow local shared taxi van) from the main roundabout (5 mins walk) for 1.6D pp. Around this roundabout, you will also find many food options. 2 supermarkets are approx 2-3 minutes walk, Carrefour being the better option. Fresh fruit stalls, coffee shops, little street food huts and a bakery with fresh bread and other products are all approx 2-3 minutes. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a young family.

This place is immaculate. It's clean, tidy and well equipped/furnished. It's a new and high standard build. Felt right at home from the start. Underground reserved parking is practical. Internet is ok. Clean linens and towels. Building is clean. Host is friendly and accomodating. Fancy neighborhood, walking distance from all amenities.

I would like to thank SLIM for his hospitality and availability. When I arrived at the airport I already found a text message from him asking if I had arrived. Very flexible and he gives you that feeling that he's there to make sure you have a good stay. For accommodation, it is in a private residence, clean, quiet, well-equipped and shops are nearby. Conclusion: I approve and would make the same choice next time.

I had a very good stay in the apartment. Communication was very seamless. Mo's mom also cooked me several Tunisian dishes and obviously delicious! The room is spacious, clean, well equipped. The garden is beautiful with fruit trees and jasmine. The neighborhood is quiet. You can find a first grocery store within 10 minutes, and taxis quickly on the road to Carthage. I highly recommend this host.
