We kept extending our stay here because of how comfortable we felt in this house. Ate Mhy , the caretaker, is very friendly and kind. I love everything about this stay. My doctor does a home visit and does everything conveniently for me. Glad this house isn’t hard to locate. Really a great AirBnB find!

Irenieta was amazing with us, nice, warm, and always available to help us it was really great! The accommodation is clean and very pleasant to live in, The ocean a few steps away with corals to discover by snorkeling, I can only recommend this place! Thank you again 🙃

I absolutely loved our host—she was incredibly considerate and made you feel instantly at ease. The place had a beautiful garden and was filled with paintings that, to my surprise, were all created by her. I didn’t get the chance to tell her, but she’s truly a talented painter. It took me a while to realize it, but I eventually noticed her name signed on each piece. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere that feels like home, with people who make you feel like you belong.

We enjoyed the place. Nice kitchen and big fridge make it comfortable to cook. On ground floor there were 3 nice ventilators. Also nice the open windows and musquito screens so not much musquito bites. Master Bedroom has nice bed and good airco.

Honeylet’s place was exactly as described. A lovely and gracious home set in the peaceful suburbs. Her staff were incredibly helpful and met our every need. We hope to be able to come back to this paradise soon.

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even brought us over a mini karaoke set when we mentioned hearing karaoke next door. The pool was refreshing, and it’s a super short drive into town. Highly recommend especially if you’re renting a car.

I desired a complete rental that would eliminate any concerns over the need to obtain additional items. Doris provided a spectacular unit that included everything that was required!

I would say actions speak louder than words! I stayed here before, and chose this place to stay again. I left a review before with cons and pros. I would stay here again.

Very great deal! It was a bit hard to find at first but once you were able to familiarize yourself with the place and surroundings, it was easily to go back and forth from the city center. Sir Rany was also easy to communicate with, tho, the staff he assigned to us was bit inattentive.

Very quiet and cozy place. There are employees available for whatever you need. What I didn't like is that if you have visitors, they limit the visiting time to 15 minutes

From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness of the space was apparent. Every corner sparkled, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, making the check-in process a breeze and ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was reassuring to know that any questions I had would be promptly addressed. The kitchen was a standout feature, fully equipped and spotless, allowing me to whip up meals with ease. It had all the essentials and more, making it a joy to cook in. The bathroom, oh my! It was superbly clean and stocked with all the necessary accessories, including plush towels, tissues, and high-quality shampoo and conditioner. It truly felt like a luxury spa experienced! 💯

I think this place is one of the best in the area. Mainly because it’s the middle ground that gives you access to five minutes from the city center, and on the other side, the more Provincie neighborhood. It’s located near four of the best restaurants in the area and the semi-busy Hibbard Street is great for people watching with little convenience store within walking distance. . This place is kind of in a cul-de-sac, which means that the noise is reduced significantly.. scooter rentals are on the premises and it feels comfortable and safe. This is the third time I’ve rented this apartment and when I visit to Maggette again I plan to rent it again. My only criticism is that there is no microwave.. but the balcony is pretty cool.

5/5 rating. Sir Eduardo & his wife is very accommodating - family like ambience. We only stayed 1 night but will surely recommend and will be our first option whenever we are in Dumaguete. 1. The host helped prepare a simple seafood boodle fight dinner for us (10/10) 2. Invited us to their private resort (too bad it's our flight the following day) but will surely visit next time 3. We shared laughters and fun during the dinner and recommended other local spots we can visit The place is just 5 minutes away from Sibulan Airport and very accessible to other tourist destination. Very clean and equipped with brand new appliances/accessories and furnitures.
