Loved this little Airbnb. Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Super clean and comfortable all around. Right around the corner from the castle, and central to all there is to do in Eger - even walkable (if you like to walk like we do) to the Valley of the Beautiful Woman wine area. The only trick was actually finding the place when you first arrive - you have to enter from the rear of the building, but the "1/5" in the address was throwing us off. The 1/5 means 1st floor, 5th flat.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Szabolcs's place. The location was peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Szabolcs was a kind and attentive host, always ready to help if anything came up. Lots of nice things to say about this charming little cottage, well decorated, like home, located in a small town not far from Budapest (one hour) but also on the bend of the Danube. Even the hilltop neighbourhood is the result of walks to discover Hungarian life and all these different houses, often a little messy! Well done for leaving this cottage as your home (perfectly equipped kitchen). Lots of tourism nearby but also very good delicatessens or bakeries and Szentendre (but not only). Even to visit Budapest, although a little far, it's almost a solution. Three perfect days. Our hosts were full of attention remotely by email and always ready to answer us. We highly recommend this cottage.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing weekend in Falloskút, which was a huge part of Mátralak accommodation. Clean, comfortable, and tidy interior, quiet neighborhood, and the tub provided wonderful relaxation. Overall, we found the Mátra apartment to spend a romantic weekend, I highly recommend it! :)

Nice, clean apartment with modern decor and furniture, meticulously furnished. Super location in the heart of Eger, easily accessible on foot, yet quiet. The staircase is clean and calm, with no noise from the neighbors' daily lives. The host is kind and responsive to messages. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building, so getting up (2nd floor) can be difficult for older or less fit people. Other than that, I can't mention anything negative. We had a great time, thank you!

What a magical place, both the surrounding area and the apartment itself, especially liked the surprise bliss lights outside the window. Near the water, walkable into the old town, and a nearby drive to Vienna, Bratislava, and Hrad Devin. Recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful home and amazing location for a quiet getaway. The host is very responsive, and helped us get the hot tub fire going.

Vacation home near Budapest, ideal for Hungaroring

Andrea's place is a beautiful place to stay. Four bedrooms, a large living room, two bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. And most importantly: a beautiful swimming pool in a lovely garden. During the day we (four people) sat mainly by the pool, in the evening we ate at the top of the terrace (if the sun had sufficiently sagged), with a beautiful view. Despite the warm weather (30+ degrees), the garden and house stayed cool. As a result, we did not miss an air conditioning. The house is quietly located against a hill (crickets in the evening), with nearby other homes, which we heard little/nothing from. From the house, excursions are possible (with a car) to, for example, Szentendre (15 minutes, picturesque village, terraces, for example to eat in the evening), Visegrad, Esztergom and Budapest (about 30-40 minutes). Two supermarkets within a 5-10 minute drive. Communication with Andrea went smoothly and check-in was flexible. In short, recommended! We would book the house again in a minute.

We were two families staying at the house. The four boys loved the large garden, the jacuzzi and the foosball. It is a spacious house in a peaceful, spacious surrounding. We had a great time.
