House vacation rentals in Siasconset, Nantucket

Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and the house exceeded our expectations. Sherri was responsive and quick to answer all of our questions before and during the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at DJV Rentals. It was very quiet, pleasant, and spacious. All rooms had TV's, the house had all the luxuries of home. We would love to stay here again, especially in summer when the pool would be open!!!!

Our stay was very nice! The host quickly responded to questions I had before our arrival. The house was in a quiet golf community a little away from town but we were able to visit the beach, site see and enjoy restaurants in the area. I would recommend this house for a get away!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

I highly recommend this home if you’re staying the area. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy and the backyard of the house is perfect. Scott was amazing when it came to communication and always responded quickly when I had questions.

My brother & my family, total of 8 stayed at Alex place to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. It was a beautiful home, very cozy, plenty of rooms for all of us. Nice swimming pool and grill setup. Very peaceful location. Alex is prompt in answering our questions. We all had a great time and good memories to cherish for a long time. Though weather was raining and cold, and couldn’t do much outdoors, we were glad we stayed here as the house perfectly felt at home. Thank you Alex for hosting us!

What an incredible space! Wonderful location- cozy, clean, and airy. Spent a holiday weekend here for a family trip. Heated pool is great, kitchen lends itself to family meal prep, and the beds are super comfy. Close to such a beautiful beach and fun shops and restaurants!

This weekend was our second stay at Kimberly’s place. It’s great in all weather and has multiple spots to hang out outside. We spent morning on the front deck, had lunch on the back deck and watched the boats from the balcony in the afternoon. And it’s such a short walk to the beach we went multiple times throughout the day.

Wonderful stay! While cozy, the unit is larger and even more beautiful than it appears in the pictures. There was a lovely spot beneath the stairs for a pack and play for our baby (that isn’t shown in pictures). The unit was spotless and felt extremely clean. Having access to a washer and dryer was extremely helpful given the beach trips and having a baby. The best part was how walkable the apartment was from town. If you are new to the area it is absolutely worth spending extra (although Kate’s prices are quite reasonable!) to be a walkable distance from town. She had comfortable beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella available as well as beach towels. Kate was a fantastic host, responsive, and wonderful with our young daughter. We would 100% stay again!

We are a group of fishing buddies that have been coming to Chappy for many years and rented lots of places and Elaine’s home is far and away the best. From the awesome outside shower, beautiful bedrooms, high end kitchen and appliances everything one could want has been thought of.

Loved staying in this house! It's a very charming older house with incredible vibes, just an easy jaunt to Jetties. We will absolutely be trying to stay here in the future.

Location and place was phenomenal! A 10 second walk to the beach and such a cute private neighborhood. Katie was also so kind and accommodating and then check in process was easy.

Comfortable yet spacious home nestled in the woods of New Seabury. Great location to visit beaches and restaurants. Just minutes from Mashpee Commons and Falmouth for shopping and dining. Beautiful place, Thanks Alex!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. We had plenty of room for our group of seven. The home was equipped with everything we needed. The location was picturesque & serene. We enjoyed the setting overlooking the cove from the the dining tables, living area & deck. We also took full advantage of kayaking from the dock, biking around the beautiful neighborhood & walking to the beach at Popponesset Spit. The hosts were very responsive & accommodated our needs at both check in & check out. We hope we will be able to visit this special part of the Cape again.

Our stay at 260 Madaket Road was perfect. The house was walking distance to the shuttle to town. Short distance from the beach and the beautiful Nantucket sunsets. Michael was very responsive with our questions and was a great host. Would look to stay again next summer.

My nephew and his family had such a great week on Nantucket. Douglas' home is very cool and authentic Nantucket with the wood paneling and everything simple and basic in all the best ways. It's a super private and peaceful spot. They felt very comfortable right from the start and loved everything about the house. Douglas was super friendly and available for questions and suggestions. They appreciate Douglas sharing his home and are already looking forward to returning.

Ronaldo and Victoria's home was just so very lovely, warm, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and they thought of every possible amenity. It was perfect for a large group, with lots of relaxing spaces, and great deck and fire pit. The pride and care they have in their home was very evident, and extremely appreciated. I spent my childhood on the Cape, and renting Ronaldo and Victoria's home was a great substitute since our family home is presently undergoing construction repairs. They made everything so incredibly welcoming, and check in and check out was a breeze. Communication could not have been clearer, friendlier, and this experience was truly wonderful. I heartily recommend staying at Ronaldo and Victoria's home; it was a fantastic experience for all of us, including a great endorsement from my son and his MIT classmates. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Had the most perfect 4 night stay here with my family. Was able to walk to the Nantucket Inn for a conference a few of the days while my husband and the kids played at Children’s Beach, Nobadeer Beach and a playground right down the road. The house was very clean and had everything you could need!! Would definitely stay again!

This place is wonderful. Just like the pictures. My family of 6 had an amazing time at Keith’s place. So clean. Comfy beds. Fully , I mean fully stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need was in there. Beautiful out door space. Spent a lot of time on the hammock swings. So comfy. The cool radio player upstairs was so cool. He let us check in alittle early and check out alittle later , me and my family are not early risers. Did some crabbing off the dock just down the street. Beach was minutes away. So beautiful and relaxing. Not a lot of people, Best part. Shops near by. Everything we could have asked for. Thanks so much Keith. We will be back.

Richard's place in Nantucket is truly a hidden gem. The location is perfect, making us feel at home right from the start. The house is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and is impeccably clean. My kids loved playing in the outdoor space. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Incredible place. The space was impeccable and the location could not have been better! We walked in the morning to get coffee and in the afternoon went to the beach which is right across the street. Melanie was so responsive to our texts. This was one of our favorite Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed in !

This place was perfect for 4 people. A quick uber or drives into town and not far to other parts of the island. The house was very clean and beautifully designed.

Lois’s place was great! She was super responsive and the house was exactly as shown on the Airbnb site. Highly recommend!
