Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Shuliavka, Shevchenkivs'kyi district

one day, me, my boyfriend and dog named Platon decided to escape the urban jungle and relax in the forest jungle, after a long search we found Mr. Oleg's house. first, I want to thank you for such a warm welcome, all the instructions, recommendations, a bunch of small details and communication secondly, it's really a shock - sitting in the very center of the ocorks, and the experience is like out of town. now, - there are knives, and not one, not two but 7 pieces - so, really a shower in the bath area, but I don't know even pinned and so there is more space. However, keep this in mind who has requests -and the toilet, so who will run the stairs (elderly people, children..) should take this into account - so, somewhere a little not crystal cleanliness, but basically it's on the street. and this is the street, alo) but w -Pool! cool, clean, spacious -generator! this is now suast hev - a large area with sunbeds, hammocks -and in general a very pleasant atmosphere to do nothing nice bonus dog had sunbathing 24/7 so I super recommend

Everything is great. We rented for a birthday celebration (13 people). Everything you need and the house is there. As well as ample space for the whole company to sleep. Oleksandr, thank you very much!

Vyacheslav is a great and welcoming host! The house is nice, tidy, has everything for a barbecue, a river with incredible views)) We especially recommend trying the sauna, this is a real relaxation!))

We rented the house for the New Year's Eve. Excellent house with all amenities for large groups. Hospitable, responsive hosts. Amazing homey and warm atmosphere. A great fireplace outside the house has created a holiday and a cozy atmosphere. Didn't get away from the fireplace for two nights. I really liked it, we'll come back if we can. Thanks!:)

Had a great stay. It was clean 🧼 and just as described. It was slightly difficult to navigate the constant power outage due to the war but the place was great. Would not recommend booking when it’s really hot, as the location is right under the roof and gets really hot. With the frequent power outage the AC doesn’t have enough time to cool down the place.

everything was good, nice and clean, the host of the apartment answered all my questions very quickly. The location is also convenient near the metro.

I had a fantastic stay at Alex & Eugenie's flat. It’s elegant, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is both peaceful and ideally situated near Maidan. Communication with them was excellent—one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! I can't wait to return.

Great quirky flat in amazing location in Podil, even sorted me out with a new key when I lost one. Some issues occasionally with the water supply but seemed to be an issue with the whole building rather than the apartment

An apartment with great value for money. In my favorite neighborhood. Keep in mind that there is no elevator in the house, and if you come with suitcases, you will have to stretch a little:) Otherwise - a great place to stay in your favorite Kiev.

If I were to create an AirBnB, I would want it to be like this. If you plan a long stay, I have two words for you... "clothes dryer" (not common in Ukrainian AirBnBs). There are plenty of places to eat nearby and you can walk to the city center in about 25 minutes. It isn't close to the Metro but the area is very walkable, or call and Uklon. One of the best AirBnBs I have ever stayed in anywhere. I can't think of a thing it was missing and it's like new. The price is well worth it when you consider there is security and parking included. Unless you are looking for something really cheap, you should stay here.
