Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Shuili Township

It is a beautiful and tranquil place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city! The only two things to keep in mind if you are staying longer than one night: they do supply one disposable towel per guest, which is fine for one night. Also, the BBQ doesn’t have a grill, so you’ll need to take one with if you plan on using it. But other than that, a lovely place! Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

The place of 林千千 and Ching Ming was fantastic and super comfortable. We stayed for 9 days and liked it all a lot. It is in a small hamlet off Yuchi, with just a couple houses and a little local shop with friendly locals. The place is very private and quiet, right below a small hill with slopes dotted by tea garden—a great place for an hour walk through the old village houses, small shrines, and tea bushes. There are plenty of busses stopping 2 minutes away in the direction of both Taichung and Sun Moon Lake and further Shiuli. It is also a great place for a hikes in the area, to Jinglonshan, Shuishedashan, or 良久林場石碑. There are several tea factories nearby, with 日月潭東峰紅茶莊園 being the least tourist one we found. The home itself is very well organized, very clean, comfortable and bigger than it seems from the photos. The bathroom has great water pressure, there is a dehumidifier, and kitchen is well equipped, including a tea set. A great place to relax for a few days.
