Casa Frida Studio Moonlight cinema & outdoor bath.

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Seahouse Studio - Private Beach Access, Pets

Seahouse Studio is located on one of the Mornington Peninsula's most spectacularly unique properties. This converted battery house sits perched atop a cliff, overlooking uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, where dolphins frequent and the Melbourne CBD skyline peeks through the horizon. Comfy Shoreham Beach House

Our Shoreham shack is a laid-back and comfortable 3 bed & 2 bath house. Good heating and cooling and fully equipped so you just turn up and relax. WiFi available as well as a large selection of boxsets. Newly extended deck areas front and back gives plenty of room for relaxing outside and enjoying the environment. We are dog-friendly and have had happy guests return again and again. Shoreham is in a quiet rural setting close to wonderful wineries and restaurants.

Fabulous, totally quiet & private light-filled timber tiny house only metres from the best beach and cafes on the Mornington Peninsula and only an hour from Melbourne. 15 minutes' drive from the amazing Peninsula Hot Springs, fabulous wineries and endless golf courses. The Shed

Set amongst a mini olive grove & with gorgeous valley views the The Shed is a converted machinery shed and a great place to escape. A kids paradise with highland cows, a horse called Billy & two Nigerian dwarf goats called Marshmallows and Smores . Surrounded by some of Australia's best wineries and beaches The Shed is a fabulous place to base yourself while you explore the Mornington Peninsula.

Walk to beach, Big block and Sea views!

Short 1.3km walk to the beach, huge fenced garden block with views of Westernport Bay, an abundance of bird life and wineries close by. This enchanting light filled home comprises of 3 bedrooms, with one king, one queen and one king single bed. Wooden floor boards throughout, full kitchen, family room, two bathrooms, a wood heater and sheltered decking with a barbecue.

Driftwood @ McCrae

Our one bedroom studio apartment with ensuite is conveniently located 1 km from McCrae beach set in 2/3 acre of garden. It comfortably sleeps two and is dog friendly only (no cats). However, I need to know in advance if you intend bringing your dog. You also have the use of a deck with bar-b-q and sea glimpses which is adjoining the main house not the guest house.
