My family loved to stay at this place. It was like a dream, cooking with a view, walking around and see kangaroos, they were great hosts, more than expected, they had too many complementary food for us to enjoy. It is definitely a 5 stars 🌟 stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Rhonda’s apartment. The location was perfect—ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing escape. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We love spending time outdoors, so this area was perfect for us. There’s plenty to do, from the scenic Kiama Coastal Walk to exploring Berry. Definitely a 5-star experience! We’ll be recommending it to our friends and hope to return soon.

I had a great stay at Belinda’s place. The home was so comfy and Belinda has thought of everything you might need for your stay, even a beach bag and beach towels. It was so close to beautiful beaches and restaurants, and I loved hearing the waves at night. Would definitely recommend .

Beautiful location midway between Berry and Kangaroo Valley with large stunning garden and great views from the verandah. Comfortable and clean with friendly host. Highly recommend.

Pia was a responsive and lovely host! The place was so close to everything and was clean and cosy, with a very modern bathroom. Would definitely recommended and would stay again - Husskison is beautiful and the place is right near the beach!

Jenny’s place was recommended to us and we’re now very happy to do the same for any other prospective vacationers. Jenny greeted us shortly after arriving and gave some great recommendations of local places to eat and visit. She also very kindly provided eggs from her resident hens, which we were more than happy to consume for breakfast. Also, special shoutout to Molly the dog! The place itself is perfectly proportioned for any two sharing and set in a beautiful location with rolling hills in all directions. We were also able to enjoy the outdoor fire and sit and gaze at the night sky, completely free of light pollution. All in all, a great place to stay!

Such a beautiful and peaceful get away. Ellen and Tim provided clear and easy instructions for a contactless checkin. It was so amazing waking up to the spectacular views every morning. The kitchen had everything we needed and bathroom was well equipped too. It was pouring during our stay so we only got to use the jacuzzi once, however it was so so lovely. Local cafes and places were a short drive away so it was super convenient too

For a last-minute booking, it was a great find. Nothing too sophisticated but full of character and made interesting by the local domestic and wildlife that came by at various times. The kitchen facilities were enough for cooking simple meals and we enjoyed the eggs, bread and milk that awaited our arrival. Internal storage was a bit limited and for keeping things neat and tidy, we should have taken the packing cubes we use on plane flights. Although a nice quiet location, it wasn't too far from the local shopping centre (a five-minute walk), nor the Jervis Bay beaches. Although the cycle ways don't quite get to the property, they weren't that far away. A novel and terrific long weekend away. It was the Anzac long weekend and we appreciated the bagpipes playing "Abide with Me" as we departed. We'll be back.

Our stay at Madei’s property was perfect. The tiny home is located at the front of the 5 acre property and we were immediately greeted by their dog Basalm who was very friendly and playful throughout our entire stay. We played fetch with her and another of their puppies, Tottie, and they made the stay so much fun. The home itself is quaint, accommodating and warm - the exterior and outside deck are both rustic and pleasant and inside the home it is extremely clean, contemporary and comfortable. Overall our stay here was wonderful, very relaxing, fun and enjoyable. Madei and her partner are both fantastic hosts.

What a fantastic stay! Vicky pays great attention to detail with the additional functions around the home- especially kitchen and bathroom areas. Everything was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and high quality ammenities. Such a relaxing time utilising the spa and the roll out deck was perfect for our little pup to have fun in the grass. The only minor inconvenience was that the property next door was quite noisy with loud music in their backyard (overlooking ours) and a few boys jumped over the fence a few times to grab their ball which unsettled our dog. However, overall cannot fault our stay!

I recently visited a place called Elusive LyreBird, and it was truly more than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the peace and serenity of the surroundings completely won me over. The hospitality was absolutely outstanding — the hosts were genuinely warm, welcoming, and top-notch in every way. It felt like a home away from home. If I could, I would give this place more than 5 stars! I’m already looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend Lyre Bird to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

Loved staying at Nathan and Lauren’s! The tiny house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the basics! The area is perfect for a quiet getaway - 15mins walk to the beach and a short drive to Ulladulla. The campsite staff are also very accommodating! Would stay again :)

Thank you for a fabulous stay! We loved the cabin - it had everything we needed. The outdoor bath and fire pit made it extra special. Gorgeous linen too! So close to town but it felt secluded and private.

Karen is such a lovely host. We really love the tiny home, it’s tiny but everything is very well-spaced so you won’t feel cramped. It’s cosy, clean, and very aesthetic. Karen gave us croissants and chocolate as welcome treats, as well as plates & cutleries for my infant. Such a thoughtful host. 5 stars for this place, will come back!!

This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first. Last time we stayed at 'In Essentia.' It’s always super peaceful, quiet, and the perfect weekend getaway in the middle of the bush where you can enjoy the outdoor fire and bathtub under the stars, surrounded by nature & wildlife. The host is friendly and responsive. Don’t expect luxury, but the cottage has everything you need if this kind of escape is your thing.

Aruna estate was a divine treat for our anniversary. We stayed in the Anigo cabin and will be repeat guests. Antony was a very responsive host and helped us find everything we needed. We loved the guest garden and tennis courts. The chickens and sheep came to say hello to us through the fence when we wandered around the gardens + paddock. We toasted marshmallows by the fire and cooked the best steak of our lives! Highly recommend for anyone seeking a quiet getaway, who loves nature.
