Petar’s place is excellent. It’s near bus stop, beach, restaurants, bakery, grocery and town. It has an amazing view from the balcony. The apartment is very spacious, clean and it has everything you need. The property has ac which is really good for summer months in montenegro and a smart tv with netflix already logged in for when you just want to chill at home after whole day of roaming. Petar goes above and beyond as he provides water, beer, fantastic home made wine, cooking necessities and even laundry pods. He allots time to pick us up to and from the airport (for free) even if he has to work the same day. He even gave us a souvenir when he dropped us off. A really touching gesture that you rarely see nowadays. Petar is very genuine, friendly and warm person. He communicates really well, very responsive, gives clear directions and very good local recommendations. If we’re back in montenegro we wont hesitate to book Petar’s place again. Highly recommend. :)

We loved our stay here! If you want a taste of local life with a private beach, friendly neighbors, and a quiet getaway, this is your place. Risan is a smaller town away from the crazy traffic in Kotor. There were markets, a great gelato place, and two local restaurants that we really enjoyed. We had a rental car which made it easy to drive to visit Perast and Kotor, but we ended up so thankful we stayed here because it wasn’t covered in tourists and felt like a quiet oasis away from the crowds. Gorana and her parents were lovely! Helped us find a taxi one day and made us some sweets the next day. The view from Risan is incredible and we spent many evenings sitting by the sea. We 100% recommend and would come back and stay again.

Het appartement ligt op een rustige, mooie plek! Goede plek om bij te komen en prima als uitvalsbasis voor het Skadarmeer. Het appartement zelf was erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomd door de vader van Dora, een erg vriendelijke man met heerlijke zelfgemaakte wijn. Hij heeft ons ook enkele tips gegeven over de omgeving. Echt een aanrader!

Marko szálláshelye valóban fantasztikus helyen van. Csodálatos látványt nyújtanak az öböl partjàn a kis halászházak. Nyugodt környék, mègis közel van a nagyobb látványosságokhoz is. Nagyon tudom ajànlani főleg pároknak valódi kikapcsolódási, feltöltődést nyújtó, tengerparti helyszín.

We had a fantastic stay at Biljana’s place. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of red wine, glasses of pomegranate juice, and coffee sachets, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The view from the balcony was truly breathtaking, with the sea stretching out in front of us and the mountains rising in the distance. Having easy access to the beach via the stairs made it perfect for morning swims or evening walks. The air conditioning was also a massive bonus, especially during the hot nights. Biljana was a wonderful host. She gave us great recommendations for places to visit and local restaurants to try, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Her pets were also lovely to have around and added a homely touch to the stay. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area.

Ronduit geweldig! Smaakvol ingericht, het meest heldere water op de wereld, airco op de slaapkamer kwam van pas, perfecte ligging, heerlijk verse bakker achter de hoek, warenhuis op wandelafstand, gebruik van de subs mogelijk,…. Aanrader!!

We recently stayed at Tanja’s wonderful top floor apartment in Budva, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony offers truly breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Budva. It’s a perfect blend of stunning scenery and prime location.

die Unterkunft ist so toll! Es macht sehr viel Spaß, den Schildkröten ein bisschen Obst und Salat bereitzustellen und ihnen einfach zuzusehen. Wenn man an's Meer möchte, fährt man etwas mehr als eine halbe Stunde. Ndoc und seine Frau sind unfassbar nette Menschen. Wir haben leider das Schloss etwas kaputt gemacht und obwohl es unsere Schuld war, war er trotzdem so hilfsbereit und hat es direkt repariert. Am Tag der Abreise sind wir noch mit einem streuner zum Tierarzt gefahren und es war kein Problem, unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft zu lassen und es später abzuholen. Also alles einfach nur toll!! Danke dafür ☺️

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

Fantastische locatie, prettige communicatie met Gasper. Goed huisje, met kleine maar heerlijke douche. Kleine keuken, maaltijden maken waarschijnlijk een beetje lastig, maar met veel goede en goedkope restaurants in de buurt, hebben wij dat niet gedaan. Er is geen tuin, maar een gezamenlijke binnenplaats. Je kunt gebruik maken van een parkeerplaats bij het huis. Wij vonden deze echter zó krap en risicovol dat wij betaald ( €3,- per 24 uur) hebben geparkeerd bij de kerk op 200 meter. Tip: Fisi Restaurant om de hoek op Bulevardi Skënderbeu.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Если бы можно было поставить 5+, я бы это сделала! Вилла полностью соответствует фото и даже лучше, видно, что за всем следят и ухаживают, все чисто и уютно, много места, хоть мы были только вдвоем. А какой аромат в саду, какие виды на залив и горы, просто непередаваемо, хотелось сидеть часами во дворе и наслаждаться природой и видами. Есть спуск в воду, даже покатались на сапе, несмотря на прохладную водичку, в сезон думаю просто идеально поплавать в кристальной водичке. Владельцы очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые на любые просьбы, дали хорошие рекомендации по ресторанам, угостили фруктами и хорошим вином. Мы уже планируем следующую поездку в это замечательное место, обязательно вернемся! Спасибо вам Maja & Meri 🫶

Super close to the old town, and steak restaurant near by is good! Bedroom got nice and dim with the window shades and fan in room even though there was AC as well!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La description et les photos sont conformes à l'appartement. Ce dernier est très bien placé dans la petite ville de Rijeka (à proximité d'une supérette, des restaurants et de la rivière). Ivana est de très bons conseils pour les restaurants à proximité et est très réactive quand nous avons une question. Elle nous a aussi conseillé de faire une promenade en barque avec son papa au coucher du soleil sur le lac Skadar. Expérience incroyable, que nous vous recommandons vivement ! Vous pouvez réserver votre séjour chez Ivana les yeux fermés.

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

The host is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and helpful people I have ever met—truly going above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

Francesk was very welcoming and helpful. I arrived in the city earlier than the check-in time and he was able to accommodate me earlier. Instructions to get in were very clear as well. The place was clean and quiet and is located near everything. It also had a washing machine, detergent and ironing board which was amazing because I desperately needed to do Laundry after spending 3 nights in Valbona and Theth. It's 100% worth the money to get a private and quiet place with a nice view after having to share dorms with people. I cancelled my hostel booking for the night for this apartment instead and I'm so happy that I did. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially after Valbona and Theth where you need a good night's sleep or alone time like me. Thank you Francesk for your hospitality.

Absolutely beautiful place and great hosts. The scent of Jasmine immediately as you enter the property is something I will always remember. Peaceful neighbourhood. The Studio had everything we needed and host was very kind and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We enjoyed Budva and your home very much.

We had a fantastic stay at Smiljka’s place. Immaculately clean, and every detail thought of. Amenities including air con were great. She was extremely responsive during our stay, including recommendations on where to hire a car from, as well as tips about the local area. The location is as described, less than 5 minute stroll to the beach (it is a pebble beach, so would recommend swim shoes or Crocs if you can) and 10 minutes from Kotor Old Town, which was beautiful and full of places to go to eat and explore. We travelled by car, so a private parking spot so central was an added bonus. It was a little tricky to find initially, but Smiljka was amazing, communicated with us the whole time and met us on the road and guided us in. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to travel to Kotor. Thanks for a great stay Smiljka!
