The cottage is located on the banks of the clear Marukawa River. Gifu is famous for Shirakawago and Hida Takayama, but Enbara is also a nice place in the mountains, although it is inconvenient. The scenery of the mountains and rivers is beautiful, and it is a place rich in nature where monkeys and deer appear. The Enbara River is known as the most beautiful underground water in Japan and a famous spot for its light, and the inn is located about 800 meters from the spring water point of the underground water, so the water transparency is excellent. You can also see the light from the inn. On summer mornings, depending on the weather conditions, you can see a magical view of the sunlight pouring through the trees. The water in the Marukara River is cold, but in summer the children play in the river energetically. The riverbed is much cooler, so people can escape the heat and cool off. A little downstream there are several river play spots, and the water is clear everywhere and it feels good to swim beautifully. The water of the river shines emerald green in a slightly deep place, and the scenery of rocks and moss is also wonderful, and it is a healing spot where the mind is purified. There is a deck facing the river on the second floor of the inn, so you can relax while watching the river, BBQ, swing in a hammock while listening to the river, or refresh yourself in the tent sauna.

This is the location of the movie "The Father of the Galactic Railroad", which will be released in May 2023. The Manzokuten shop is also featured in the movie. The scene of the used bookstore in "Yakusho Koji-san" was filmed at this inn. You can walk or drive to the Iwamura Castle site. Please come and see what kind of battles took place here. There aren't as many tourists as other tourist destinations, so you can enjoy the life of the castle town to yourself. Iwamura fans keep coming. After 4 pm, you'll be surprised by the quiet. Walking along the main street at night, you will see a row of lanterns, which is very magical. On the summer solstice, the sunset falls straight down the street and you can see a very beautiful view. (It depends on the weather, but it is about a week around the middle of June every year, around 6:30 pm) We also operate retro kimono rentals and dressing in this building.
