The inn is the main house of the Urushiyama family, built in Meiji 5 (more than 150 years ago), and the host is the 24th head of the house.The first generation was a samurai who lived in the same era as Tokugawa Ieyasu and moved to this place more than 430 years ago. From the guest room, you can see a Japanese garden with Mt. Shirataka as a borrowed landscape.The large tatami mat hall has a sunken fireplace and a wood stove, allowing you to experience life in that era. On the other hand, there is a home theater with a 150-inch large screen where you can enjoy 4K video, and the Siberian Husky Dai will "entertain" all guests. We refurbished the old house built 170 years ago, and have been reborn as Japanese traditional hotel. It is a good old Japanese old house, but it is equipped with an electronic toilet and a bath and you can spend comfortably. The nearest station to our location is Tsukinoki Station, which is just a 25-minute journey from Sendai Station. We can assist with arranging a taxi for your convenience.
