Condo vacation rentals in Shinjuku Station

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The 6 of us were very comfortable and we loved having two toilets. The water dispenser and the pocket wifi were amazing amenities - they were so useful and helpful! The Lawson and 7/11 nearby were also very convenient. Check-in was seamless and we were even able to drop off our luggages before the check-in time. We even had a chance to do late checkout! Thank you Kate and Suhyun for hosting us and for your responsiveness!

Dong was a great host and very accommodating. Check in/check out was easy. This Airbnb is very close to shinjuku (walking distance) and easy to get to other popular areas. The apartment was very clean and felt like home. It was spacious for me and had everything I needed. I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you for such a great stay.

We had a really great time at Haneko’s place! The location felt special and showed us a different side of Tokyo. We’d definitely recommend it, just be aware it’s very tight for two and space is limited. Thank you for hosting us ❤️

Very convenient location. Easy to get around! The size of the house able to fit 3 adults and 1 kid. We had 3 medium luggages and 2 handcarry. No issue when packing or opening up. Will definitely book here again if I am back to Tokyo!

The environment is very beautiful, the living room can open the suitcase, and the middle floor is very comfortable.The downside is that it's easy to hit your head on the ceiling, so it's a good idea to put some foam tape!The location is just one stop from the next station in Pool Bucket, so it's very convenient.

Eric's place was very nice, quiet and had a coin operated washing machine, luggage locker and vending machine outside the apartment. Something I haven't encounter since I've gotten to Japan and stayed in four different Airbnb's. The apartment is a bit tight, almost like a dorm room with two separate room and bathrooms. Definitely a great place to stay if you aren't lugging a ton of stuff around!

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

It was great place near the station. And lots of convenience store near the place. It was on 3rd floor so we had a hard time bringing up our suitcases. All in all, it was a nice experience

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!

Very nice stay with all the facilities and big beds and very clean and clean.Great location, about 300 meters from the station, there are convenience stores next to 50 meters, it is convenient😊👍

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to almost all lawson or 7-11 stores which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. The host was kind, respectful, and an overall wonderful person, would recommend to any one who want stay at his apartment. Looking forward to staying here again...

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.

The house is close to both the station and the convenience store, and can easily go to some hot spots.And the check-in time is very flexible, provides a place to leave your luggage, which can be accessed at any time, which is very practical in Tokyo. But the house is more suitable for 2-3 people for a short stay because the space is limited and some suitcases cannot be opened.

A great place to stay for a budget traveler looking for clean and quiet accommodations! If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place BUT if you are looking for a super quiet place that is in the heart of Shinjuku, book this place quick! We did not hear a peep at night but were able to walk to all of the sights. Andy was very responsive and, as female travelers, we felt safe.

My husband and I, along with our 9 year old son, traveled to Japan for the first time and had the best stay at Andy’s inn. He was very responsive, the place was not huge but was big enough to fit our needs. The beds were comfortable, clean, there was heating and air conditioning, microwave and fridge. There is a washer but no dryer, which wasn’t a problem bc we just hung our clothes outside the patio to dry. The train station and 7-11 is only a couple minutes away. We walked to Shinjuku within 20 minutes. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay near the action but still have peace and quiet!

amazing place to stay

This Airbnb was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. The sheets and pillow cases were brand new and you can tell the owner puts a lot of effort into making every part of the house spotless and aesthetically pleasing. It also had everything you need including office supplies, a kettle, first aid, a rice cooker, and toiletries. The AC in both bedrooms were powerful and great after a long hot day. The host is very responsive, kind, and helpful. It was only a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. My group of 4 stayed here for one whole week, and we definitely would recommend this place to others visiting Japan for the first time. :)

Easy subway access to popular places like Ginza and Shibuya. Location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, liked it a lot because we wanted to be away from the busy part of Tokyo. The rental is very well maintained, comfortable, and communication was excellent. Would definitely return.
