Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Shimoda

Excellent hospitality for 5 days on New Year's Eve! I also had a 4-year-old daughter, but there was a step table, children's dishes, and there was a trampoline, balls, swings, and badminton in the garden, so I could enjoy it with my family without having any time! My parents were also with me, but there were two bedrooms on the second floor, so the sleeping space was comfortable! There were a lot of citrus fruits in the garden, and it was fun to pick tangerines, and it was delicious.😋 Thank you!

I've used AirBnB for 10+ years and this is one of the nicest properties I've ever stayed at. It might be worth making the trip to Ito just for this house. Standing 3 stories tall on a hill overlooking the town, you get a gorgeous view of the neighborhood + the sea. On a clear day you can catch a sunrise from the 2nd/3rd floors of the home. The interior is thoughtfully curated with every possible amenity you could think of, even items you didn't know you needed i.e. spectacle wipes for glasses, waterproof spray for shoes on rainy days, etc. At first I was worried about the hill since I'm traveling with elderly parents, but taxis are easy to grab from Ito station, and if you need a ride directly from the AirBnB, Jiro can call one for you within minutes. Jiro was the perfect host, super quick to respond and proactively messaging us every morning with suggestions for activities, with the weather in mind. Incredibly grateful for this experience and hope to return someday.

The house and the host were absolutely AMAZING! This was my best experience staying at an Airbnb because the host went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Communication was perfect and the house was beautiful and VERY CLEAN. If I could rate higher I would. Will stay here again.

There was also a large supermarket about 10 minutes by car, and it was in a great location with a view of the sea from the garden. The facility was also clean and it was a facility that I wanted to live in for a long time. I used it with three friends this time, but I felt that it was also suitable for my family and lovers.

It was close to the station and close to Donki, so it was very convenient and comfortable.It was nice that the room was also spacious and clean.

The accommodation is a ten-minute walk from the station, with a gentle slope, the bus is not easy to wait for, the room is quite large and comfortable.

As in the previous 302, 201 was clean. There are two sofa beds, so you can relax while watching TV. You can also see Mt. Fuji from the north window, and the room is bright. There was a very delicious sushi restaurant nearby. If you want to buy ingredients and cosmetics, there is a drug store just a short walk away. I think you can source it there. The view from the rooftop was also fantastic, and we had a great view of Mt. Fuji.
