The accommodation was lovely, compact but well appointed and laid out. Our family of 4 felt right at home. It is also well located near Hatagaya Station, only a few stops from the major hub at Shinjuku. The host was enormously helpful, providing local assistance and recommendations. The host was very responsive and a clear communicator. If we travelled to Tokyo again we'd stay here again, thoroughly recommend.

Great space, photos don't do it justice. Very comfortable and homely. Great location too, tucked away for quiet and private, but short walk to busy restraunt areas.

Reina was very hospitable and accommodating. The apartment was comfortable and quiet yet very close to shibuya crossing. It is a great place to stay.

We were two families(4 adults and 4 kids) and we stayed a total of 5nights at this property. i would like to say that we were truly satisfied with what we experienced. the host Jkp was always available for any queries. even at late night he replied to messages and he has maintained the apartment really well. For those who comes from middle east and some other countries for the first time, may feel that the rooms are small but beleive me, hotel rooms are no better. It is easily walkable to train stations and the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. I can totally recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a decent and affordable stay in tokyo. you just have to walk like 8-10mins to the station and in 15 mins, you are at the centre of tokyo. Very nice host in a nice neighborhood called daitabashi. Will certainly come back in my next trip to Japan.

This is probably one of the best spots I was able to stay in during my several trips to Tokyo! The place was nice and spacious, lots of room for our luggages! The place is also very easy to locate and very close to the train stations. It’s surrounded by some really nice local restaurants, drugstores and convenience stores so really, you will have everything you need right around the corner! I especially love the spacious bathroom and toilet area! There is also laundry machine available to use ( and coin laundry nearby if you prefer). The loft area also provided more space for sleeping. So groups can really have a comfy stay in this home. We had a really really nice stay in this place. The true gem here is the owner who is very accommodating and responsive, and answers quickly to our inquiries. The host also provided clear printed instructions inside the home so everything felt easypeasy. I hope I’ll be able to book again on my next visit to japan!

Nonostante ci siano stati diverse problematiche riguardanti il nostro viaggio, l'host è stato sempre molto reattivo, flessibile e disponibile! L'alloggio è inoltre vicinissimo alla stazione e l'area circostante è molto tranquilla. Consiglio vivamente.
