The Waddle is situated on an active croft. We have approximately 250 sheep with lambing in the spring, silage baling in the summer and feeding in the winter.

Relax with friends or the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The property is modern, minimal and close to local amenities. It is an awesome location, a stones throw from the sea - a safe voe (inlet) ideal for wild swimming. The garden is large, the views north, west and south especially, allow undisturbed views of sea, sky +hill. There is a perfect spot to sit by the fire pit and view the Aurora (merrie dancers) if you’re lucky x

The Peerie Neuk is a sustainably built tiny eco home with all the comforts of a cosy house just a bit tinier! There is a double bed and fold out sofa, suitable for one adult or two children. There’s is a small kitchen with hob, kettle and little fridge (large enough for two bottles of prosecco 🤣). There is a wood burning stove with oven. The oven will keep things warm. There’s on demand hot water, shower and compost toilet.

Renovated to a high standard the house provides comfortable accommodation for families, friends and business travellers and with only a 10-15 minute drive to Lerwick makes it a perfect base for your time in Shetland.
