We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! The house was cozy, clean, and well laid out with three comfortable bedrooms, perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, including seasonings and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find a few toys that kept the kids entertained while we relaxed. The backyard was peaceful and beautifully maintained, a true oasis. There was also a pack n play available which was super appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip!

Jaiver was very kind and friendly and made sure our entire stay was comfortable for us! The house was decorated nicely and clean. He replies back very quickly if you have any questions. We felt just right at home and would definitely come back. :)

This is our second stay at Brian’s place, this time for a few weeks. The view and peaceful outdoors is spectacular and lush, and it was easy to feel at home in the cozy living spaces. Brian was again an awesome communicator and super kind!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! Loved the location! We were in town for an event at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, and it was an easy 15-minute drive. It is also near the Griffin Observatory and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The backyard with the stream was relaxing to see in the early mornings.

We are so happy we found Vincents place. we needed to be close to Universal and this did not disappoint. 5mins walk to where we needed to be, yet secluded and private once at home that we felt relaxed and able to unwind. the place is super comfortable and has everything you need. Can't reccomend Vincent as host or this place enough. Thanks Vincent.

I have been traveling to LA since a decade but never experienced this view. Living in the Hills in Lily’s home was great. Extremely peaceful and serene. You can work, relax, meditate, do everything in this beautiful home overlooking the city. It’s like the city talks to you at sundown/night. Stayed here with my family and had a great time.

It was honestly so convenient to stay there, felt safe due to the fact that no one is able to get onto the place without a key fob. The place is exactly like shown in the pictures, and it is conveniently close to Ralph’s, Starbucks and a couple other places, the freeways are also very close. Overall a great stay :)

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

The property was in the hills of Topanga Canyon. Quiet except for the bird symphony. Beautiful surroundings and very private. Lynn was extremely accessible and house was clean and well equipped. I'll be back soon!

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Host was very communicative but not invasive. Felt right at home and has everything you would need, like staying at a friend’s house. Beds were great. Loved the front deck - so peaceful with comfortable furniture, lush greenery, and great view. Spent most of our time out there. One caveat, to get the great views in the middle of the city, you have to climb. We did not have a problem with it and we are not particularly young or super fit, but if you struggle with stairs at all, definitely not the place for you. And keep in mind that anything you bring (luggage, groceries, etc) will need to be taken up a single narrow staircase (roughly the height of 1.5 floors) so maybe not a good choice if you don’t travel light. We would stay again.

It was perfect for our family. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Close to Universal Studios. Very relaxing.

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. Truly fabulous place to stay! We were displaced in the LA Fires and were fortunate enough to make this our home-away-from-home for 4 weeks. Elizabeth and Ryan were amazing hosts - going above and beyond with all the extras because they knew our situation. They stocked the fridge and cabinets with all the basics and a few treats and even had fresh bread and flowers waiting when we arrived. There wasn’t one thing missing from the house and they were incredibly responsive and generous. 5 stars is an understatement on this little zen gem tucked up in the hills… serene with a fantastic view, koi fish in the pond, and the sound of trickling water to fall asleep to at night. Basic and minimal, but clean, quiet, comfortable, and very convenient location. Was warm out (high 70s / low 80s) with no A/C, but with the window open and fan going it was cool and comfortable.

Loved the bungalow and the location was perfect. Host was very responsive when I asked for ice as it was a scorcher the day I arrived. Will stay again next time in LA.

Josephine's place was cozy and clean. the little backyard was a plus. the bed was very comfortable. easy to park on the street and neighborhood was quiet and safe. 5 minute drive to trade Joe was also convenient. I had a couple of questions which she responded promptly. Thank you

What can I say, our trip was AMAZING! Carla's place allowed us to have an authentic Malibu experience, exactly what we were hoping for! We spent 7 nights with our 5 and 7 year old boys. They had a blast, lots of coloring, painting, playing fun games that were provided, and spending quality time together. The views were amazing, so close to the beach and hiking trails. A lot of amenities provided such as board games, and anything you'd want to take with you to the beach. We spent 2 days going to Universal Studios and the drive was not bad at all, took an hour or less depending on traffic. Carla and Bruce made us feel right at home. Thank you Carla for such a fun experience! We can't wait to come back!

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!
