Your guest suite is on the ground floor, recently finished, with a private entrance (separate from the main house), with access to outdoor space, deck, swings, fire pit etc.

Simple Comfort is located in historic Waynesboro, Virginia. We are in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busy highways and all their noise. Its an older neighborhood, but we find it simple and comfortable – our hope is that you will too. Once here you are 10 minutes from Shenandoah National Park, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 10 minutes from the Appalachian Trail. We are also 30 minutes from the University of Virginia campus. It’s just over the mountain on Interstate 64.

This unique place has a style all its own. Cute one bedroom apartment on first level, Small kitchenette, includes a small refrigerator, microwave oven, a toaster oven and coffee maker. Walking distance to downtown Luray, near by the Shenandoah National Park and the Shenandoah River. Shared outdoor space, front porch and covered side patio, with outdoor bar and refrigerator, tables and chairs and a gas grille. Back yard water feature, water garden. Ample parking on site.

Serenity Lakeview Cottage

Renovated lakefront apartment, downstairs from the main home. It is located on beautiful Greene Mountain Lake with year-round lake and mountain views. Wildlife on the lake includes geese, herons, ducks, osprey, eagles, turtles, and beavers. The setting is serene and peaceful. You will have a private entrance and a covered porch. Kayaks are available for your use on the lake. Unit approved with a Special Use Permit for Tourist Lodging by Greene County.

The blue couch converts to a futon in case you need space for 3 people. Plan to enjoy local restaurants, as this space does not have a kitchen. There is a small fridge, toaster oven, & coffee maker. We will provide, coffee, cereal and milk for you to prepare on your own.
