Beach Loft Buncrana

MichelleRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Had a lovely weekend stay, place was very peaceful and about a 20 min walk into Buncrana along a seaside path. Fantastic views of beach and sea. Karen, Gerry and their daughter Sylvia were very helpful and welcoming, with a wee hamper of foodstuff provided which was a lovely touch.
The image shows a tranquil beach scene at sunset, with golden light shimmering on the water. A small white structure is positioned near the beach, surrounded by rocky shoreline. Lush green hills are visible in the background, enhancing the natural beauty of the setting.

Stayed at Patrick’s place while on a solo golf trip and it was the PERFECT spot. Nice and cozy. Patrick was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Sheephaven View Downings

Aiden’s chalet was in a great location- just a few minutes drive from the Downings. He left lots of useful local information and instructions on how to work everything in the house. There was lots of space and everything was immaculate! We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

The Meadow Tiny Home

GemmaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
A gorgeous little bolthole for a quiet getaway. It was so special to be able to sitting out on the deck, or cozy and comfortable on the sofa, watching birds and butterflies flit across the wildflower meadow and beyond over the Lough to Doe Castle - I don't think it would be possible to ever tire of that view. The wee house itself was very thoroughly and thoughtfully provisioned, everything I needed was there and I felt welcomed and comfortable. Though I was essentially camping out in their back garden, Paul and Maja fully respected my privacy and at the same time were on hand to answer queries or ask for recommendations.
A gravel path leads gently downhill towards the coastline, bordered by a wooden fence. Lush green fields are visible on either side, while distant hills and the sea create a scenic backdrop under a soft pastel sky at sunset.

Fanad costal retreat with ocean views

JamesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Cabin is perched on a hillside and had an unobstructed view out to the ocean and lough Swilly , short stroll to a picture postcard beach which we had mainly to ourselves. The Cabin has a beautiful private decking where you can sit and take it all in. The Cabin itself was spotless and well equipped. Loved the place can’t wait to book it again !

Doagh Cottage & Calf House, Donegal, F92T6C2

If you’ve got this far reading the review and you’re wondering whether to book, do it! The cottage offered everything needed for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. The location is ideal: plenty of lovely walks, places to visit, and great restaurants, cafés, and pubs within 25 min radius. Equally, it’s wonderful just staying at the cottage, strolling down to the beach, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Everything was perfect, and we can’t wait to return!

A sandy path leads through tall grasses toward a serene beach. A wooden gate is present at the entrance, framed by gentle dunes. The sky is partly cloudy, with a glimpse of distant hills visible across the water.

This is a great place to stay for two people. Perfect location for those who are playing the Rosapenna Golf Courses, under 5 minutes to St Patrick’s and under 10 minutes to the main golf resort. Caitriona was really responsive with any queries and would definitely stay again.

Fanad View

ChristopherRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Stunning views from the house. Sunsets were spectacular! Close to beautiful beaches and walkable to a local shop / cafe. The entire Fanad area is super - Fanad Head Lighthouse and Great Pollet Sea Arch were amazing and well worth seeing and both very close to the house. House was spotless and beds very comfortable and the 2 living rooms gave us the extra room to enjoy. There is only 6 pictures available to see before booking, 3 of which are the views. No pics of main living room, bathroom or kitchen. It didn't affect our stay but I imagine others would prefer to see pics of very important rooms in the house before booking. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add pics of these areas. Eileen met us on arrival and explained everything and was a great host, making us feel welcome and had left treats for us which was a lovely touch. She reached out during our stay to see if things were ok, so as a host, I couldn't have asked for better.
