Edinburgh - twin/double with en suite shower room

EmilyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I was looking for a few days in a home and I absolutely found that. Judy and her husband are warm and welcoming and the upstairs space is very sweet and comfortable. I especially liked the view of Arthur's Seat, the big bed, open windows, and thoughtfully stocked fridge. It is very easy to catch a bus to/from the Old Town but I also enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and The Meadows. Thank you, Judy!

I really like Alan's kitchen, it's clean and tidy. I had a very pleasant stay for three days. The view from the window is great. There is a bus stop right in front of the house, which is very convenient. Alan was very enthusiastic in helping us with our luggage and picking us up.

Quiet canalside en-suite double bedroom

DariaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The house is on a lovely, quiet street, and it was so easy to get around – just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop, and then a quick ride right to the city center. The inside is absolutely beautiful and decorated with taste. I especially loved the backyard and the wonderful kitchen. My room is cozy and comfortable, though not very large, I slept perfectly every night. Laura and Anton are so warm and welcoming, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. They even let me leave my luggage with them for three days while I was on a trip to the Highlands, which I am incredibly grateful for. They made me feel completely at home :) I also really appreciated Laura's walking route recommendations for exploring Edinburgh. Following her tips, I got to see so many of the main sights. It truly is a magical, medieval city! Really enjoyed the stay Thank you, Laura and Anton, for a wonderfu

Stylish room 15 mins walk from Edinburgh Castle

PamelaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Thanks Claire, We were coming for a gig at Murrayfield and your place was the perfect location: only a 15 minute easy walk across the new bridge to the stadium. We also walked into Edinburgh each day which took around 20-30 minutes, a leisurely walk with lots of great cafes. Our favourite was Acrèpolis Lily's Greek Coffee Shop - just around the corner from your place, amazing coffee and food and the Greek treats were delicious. Very quick access to Haymarket station for arriving and going home too. Thanks again, Pam

The village of Colinton is beautiful. The little room I had in Anne Marie’s house was gorgeous, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Anne Marie was a wonderful host and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Colinton is a wonderfully peaceful place to return to after a busy day exploring the city of Edinburgh. I highly recommend this accommodation 💕🙏🏼
