It was very easy to find the place as the host made it easy. He was so friendly and shared all the required information before check in. It was worth of it and I enjoyed my stay.

The stay was wonderful. in pristine condition and as described. weather in the city was a bit too hot but this place was cooler than city stay. would definitely recommend anyone who wants some peaceful stay.

We rented the apartment for my son and his young family. Dr. D’Souza was extremely cordial. He made sure that every need that my son’s family had was addressed.

Mr Vamshi is a really simple, sober and extremely soft spoken guy, very helpful & repojsive. He had given clear instructions to reach the property. The property is on 3rd floor, one Small BHK, convenient for 2 people. Though in summers only the bedroom can be used as it's hot in hyderabad. Everything was as per description, so there were no issues as such. Thanks to Mr Vamshi, would like to definitely visit.

The Apartment is very comfortable and spacious. All amenities are in place. Rahul and his mother are very good hosts, very prompt in their responses and friendly. The apartment is a 5min walk from the main road which has outlets for all basic requirements for a stay. In addition, this road is a splendid location for all forms of shopping.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property and it was indeed a great experience. The property was clean and made us feel at home from the day one. The check-in was breeze as the caretaker, who is such a happy, smiling and ready to help person, was on site and waiting for our early check-in. This is spacious accommodation providing ample room to relax and unwind after a long flight. The host is quick to any queries and made sure that was stay was well assisted. The house caretaker is well mannered, attentive person, ensuring that all is in order and cleaned as quickly as possible. Clean bed sheets, towels provided. Overall, this is a great place, however, there is always room for improvements. It would be great to have tea/coffee mugs or cups that are chipped replaced with clean, latest trendy designs. As this is a large place that can accommodate eight people, more utensils are needed, such as cereal and curry bowls. The bathroom fixtures upgraded and AC in ground floor fixed.

the house is big , very convenient location near by everything, walkable to the supermarket, and restaurants . not far aways from most of the tourist areas.

This villa is one of the best we have stayed in Hyderabad Area. It’s huge, comfortable for 10 guests and fully equipped with whatever one would need during the stay. Villa has caretaker for any need. The host is professional and responsive. The villa is spacious and Justifies the photos. I would even add pics of kitchen because it’s fully stocked. We had a great time for group of 9. I would love to come back and recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a private and comfortable stay. The home theater is amazing and you might kill a lot of time there 😜
