Aida & Serik were fabulous host ,always responsive - you text them and the reply is in a jiffy. We loved the apartment super spacious which was great for our daughter n us. The kitchen had everything you need. The apartment complex had many play areas/parks which again made our stay with our daughter too peaceful and we had a lovely time. The apartment is centrally located and a mall is a stones throw away. The driver they arranged Vladimir was extremely hospitable , took us on daytrips and picked and dropped us to airport.His car is perfect for families with kids and lots of luggage.

From booking till checkout it was a seamless experience. Host was extremely helpful and proactive throughout and was always responsive even for smallest queries or details. The actual apartment was exactly as listed and with all amenities. Will strongly recommend to anyone travelling to Almaty especially Indians as the hand shower is really a life saver there. 😊👍

The apartment location is convenient. There are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks all in walking distance. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, while being not too far from the botanical garden and KazNU. Azamat was always responsive and willing to resolve any issues that came up. Thank you!

Modern studio in the city center

We had a wonderful stay at Martha's place in Almaty! The location is awesome - peaceful yet within walking distance to Zenkov Cathedral, Green Bazaar and some great restaurants. The rooms looked exactly like the photos, clean and well-maintained. Martha was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us early check-in and late check-out based on our flight timings. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Almaty!

A modern lobby is presented with large, framed landscape paintings on two walls. Natural light enters through the entrance, which features a glass door opening to the outside. A decorative arch of balloons adds a festive touch to the space.

A cozy, cute apartment in Almaty.

A lovely, well-furnished apartment. The flat is big, clean, and comfortable. It has all the essential appliances and kitchen items, and even a big TV and dishwasher. It's in a newly built block in a quiet but well-connected part of town. The block's near a number of shops, has a nice cafe on the ground floor, and is just opposite a well-equipped gym (with well priced day passes!). Bekzat was a perfect host --- very communicative and understanding. He gave clear instructions for checking in and sorted the questions I had very quickly. I'd very much recommend!

A bedroom is furnished with a spacious bed covered by a bright orange quilt. Decorative pillows enhance the bedding. A side table with a lamp is positioned beside the bed, and natural light filters through sheer white curtains and blue drapes.

M.O.O.N. Apartments - Center, Soviet modernism.

I liked the place but it looked less refined than the pictures. The area is great, near the pedestrian street with a lot of cafes near by, Panfilov street. However, the particular house and the courtyard look sketchy. The place is spacious and has all the basics which compensates the worn out feel of the building. There is one on the wall AC unit in one room, it was adequate for warm weather but I can imagine this place would be hot when the weather is hot. Overall I felt the place was worth the price

Excellent place to stay.. It is even better in person. Spotless and beautiful home. Tastefully done interior and everything is just perfect. Lyudmila is an awesome host, very down to earth person with a pleasing personality. She was very helpful and guided us with clear instructions. We had a great time at her place and will cherish the memories forever. The home is in a wonderful neighborhood with a beautiful street near by with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and all. There is a children’s playground inside the residential area. Very safe and easy to access place. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. It is awesome. .

Home away from home! Our apartment stay by Bauyrzham at Almaty was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is located in a high standing residence with a full secure access through the gate, no strangers can access the courtyard which is calm and nice. There is a drugstore and a supermarket on the ground floor. You wake up and go to sleep with an amazing view on the mountains. The location is a dream, everything is close to the apartment and you can walk to the historical center. If you dance shopping there is a huge high end mall Dostyk Plaza just in front. Venera is a very friendly and flexible person. I would definitely stay in her apartment again. 5/5. Happy to know this address in town.

Very, very nice house, clean, fragrant house, very close to the metro station (Alato metro station).Very, very nice host, cared about our itinerary along the way and responded with questions on the day of check in.In the beginning in Almaty, this handsome and enthusiastic host made our itinerary easy and smooth.The best part is a great host in both English and Russian (unlike some hosts, written English, not really).Hit downstairs, the host came down to pick up, and the various quotes were concise and rigorous.All kinds of inquiries were also very patient.What touched me the most: because the itinerary joining me was at 8:30 pm, we left our luggage until 6:00 to pick it up.The host let me pick up my luggage at 6 o'clock and give him the key.At 6 o'clock the host was in the room or even came downstairs to pick us up.The 4 large boxes of our two ladies, the host ran two trips to proactively bring down 2, which was incredibly touched.The house is left with the key to the unit door, the upstairs can both be swipe card and password, it is safe even though it is an old neighborhood stairs room.Already recommended this home to friends around.Will be coming to Almaty in the future and hope to stay again sometime.

Really cool little airbnb. Amazing views. Everything you need - except a washing machine (we used the sink to wash some things). Really nice host. Special place and would definitely go back.

The property is close to the bus terminal. The host is kind and communicates well. Most importantly, the room is tidy and equipped with everything you need, so I had a comfortable stay

Great Location, spacious flat, kitchen with utensils and cooking essentials. Rooms are as shown in picture. Bus stand is on walkable distance, many nearby restaurants, grocery and fruits shop is just opposite of the building. Rooms are airy and ample light. Sebastian was waiting for us at approach road at 2.30 AM while check in and was responsive always. He accommodated our late check out. Great place to stay.

Very nice apartment and wonderful location. What is the value of the mountain view alone😍 The apartment was clean, cozy. There were all the necessary accessories: soap, toothbrush, paste, shampoo, lots of towels and change of linen. Even an iron and ironing board. The only thing was that it was hot in the apartment at night, but everything else suited me.

The host was super responsive and flexible. She was able to help us with an early check-in and a late checkout as we needed. The place was also exactly as described.
