Great place to stay near gan cheng bus station (5mins walk) and is pretty near most of the major tourist spots in taichung (walkable distance), definitely recommended to fellow travellers in Taichung!

The host is very friendly, the question is always very quick to answer, the room and bathroom are very neat, the fruit in the kitchen is also available for food, and the TV is very convenient to watch Netflix, there is also a free parking lot next to the building, I am not afraid of the car where there is no place to park👍

Very comfortable space for 2 at the central of Taichung! Place came with galaxy lights which was v cool! nice touch. Place was well kept and clean. Easy access for guests with auto locks on all doors. Fuss free experience!

Although it is far from the city, it is not inconvenient to find the surrounding area of Tokai University.

The host was kind and quick to respond, like coming to a friend's house.The place is just like the photos, it is clean and the bathroom has a steady water pressure.There is an indoor garage and parking is very easy.Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Felt comfortable, quiet surroundings, warm host

My family and I stayed here for a few nights during Lunar new year. Communication with Angel, the host was good. The place was spacious and clean. It was fully equipped with all the essentials. The only downside was the security cameras that we noticed in the living room, which was not specified in the listing. In North America, there could be security cameras outside the unit, at the front entrance. But certainly not inside the unit. My only suggestion is for the host to disclose this in the listing and clarify the intention of these indoor cameras. Other than that, the unit is comfortable, and we appreciated the easy communication and check in. Thank you Angel.

We were travelling in a group of 9 and all 3 rooms were on the same floor so it was convenient. Nice building (right next to Taichung Splendor Hotel Taichung & Sixth market) and high storey. Loved the bed and pillows, it was very comfortable stay and I would return again. Thank you for hosting us! 我們一行有9個人，所有3間房間都在同一樓層，非常方便。建築很不錯（就在台中金典酒店和第六市場旁邊），而且樓層很高。特別喜歡床和枕頭，住得非常舒適，我還會再來。感謝您的招待！

I really love how responsive and carefree Z was. They respond so fast! When we reached and could not find the place, they immediately texted us back. Z was so communicative even though there was a room change. The rooms were also so clean and spacious, with in room toilets and bathrooms! Really loved the location and the whole experience with Z! It is very convenient to check in and the daily necessities are arranged, the management of the community is very friendly, and the place is clean and good community environment, especially within a few steps of swimming, there is a ubike to go to the public road Carrefour Ikea traditional market is very convenient.Although the room is small, but the two people live just right, there are also simple cooking tools, but the knife to cut the fruit should be prepared by yourself, otherwise you can only go to the supermarket to buy some cuts.The basic accommodation was good for the price.

Great location. Monica was responsive and did her best to offer assistance when needed. The room was nice and cosy unfortunately the washing machine broke down (but it should be fixed by now). Note that the building doesn’t have lift but the stairway is pretty wide. Overall a great stay!

Location is good, easily assessible from Tai Chung railway station, and to other popular attractions.Good location, very good communication with the host, and the house owner who had limited English but was very successful in telling us the house rules using gestures and sounds!! Lovely little place! Room is nice and pleasant, as advertised. Will definitely recommend.
