The sofa bed has been replaced with a brand new, very comfortable one!

Our independent 50m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. This space includes a kitchen open to the living room and a 140x190 cm sofa bed. In the bedroom, you will find a large comfortable bed of 180 x 200 cm, modular in two beds 90 x 200 cm according to your preferences. The bedding was renewed in March 2025 with Emma 2 hybrid mattresses, ranked #1 in France in 2024. Bright and comfortable accommodation, ideal for a stay as a couple, with friends or family.

The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory).
