Nice quiet place to rest. neighborhood was nice and host was nice and communicated very well! if I'm in the area again I will definitely see if his place is available.

Susan had a wonderful place for us to stay! She was responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very clean and nicely put together.

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

I had such an enjoyable stay at the SoKno Ranger Station! From the mid-century vibes to the well-appointed kitchen and bath, convenient location, beautiful garden…it was fantastic. Also— SO great for traveling with dogs. Gregory and Jayme were beyond responsive, kind, friendly hosts. Looking forward to returning!

This is my second time staying at John’s place. It was just as I remembered it. Very peaceful and private. He was super quick to respond and had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!

Our trip was a last minute decision and this place was the perfect fit! We came to watch my friend graduate med school. The location is great only 20 minutes from Knoxville and had a walking trail across the street where we walked our dog every day. We got in late on Friday and were still able to easily find it and get in with no issues. The dolly accents are so fun and the enclosed porch was wonderful to enjoy while sitting on the swing. I would stay here again for sure!

As usual, a fantastic stay at Hope's place! The kids always love the horse(s)/goat(s) welcome party and send off in the field next door :)

The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were really comfortable in the kitchen. Had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the very large fenced in backyard with our two dogs. Great location, close to everything in Knoxville! Also, Araceli was an excellent communicator, and we appreciated his flexibility on our checkout!

David and his team provided excellent information prior to the trip. The house was very comfortable and clean. Information book was very informative with great instructions for the tv and thermostat. Everything was as described in the home overview and accommodating for older parents.

Lovely “place to land” as the description says! We were in town for a family event and were in and out of the house but it was a wonderful place to be able to come back to and to spend the free time we did have! Everything we needed was available when we arrived and instructions for check in and check out were very clear - Susan was super friendly and communicative through the whole process (booking, arrival, and when we left). Very drivable into Knoxville and all the local places listed in Maryville are extremely accessible to the AirBnB! Loved how conveniently it was located. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spot to stay in the area!

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! Quiet location close to downtown Knoxville. The kitchen and back porch area was beautiful, and there was enough space for everyone!

Me and my family loved the cabin and had a great time during our stay. My kids loved swimming in the pool and playing in the game room. The cabin was very clean and had everything we need when cooking inside or out on the grill. The location was great and we would definitely stay there again when visiting.

Great place to stay! Close by to all the attractions & restaurants on the strip! Close and easy to get to Dollywood. The condo was quiet, clean, & safe. It felt cozy and homey.

It’s a great place to stay. Peaceful and Quiet, but conveniently located to everything.

Despite the location above a busy intersection and restaurant, was reasonably quiet at night. Through, the periodic train passing through will wake you up each night.

If you’re using a car, consider parking resources. It can cost more than $25 per 24-hour period in some locations. I found some public parking lots about 1/2 mile away just poking around. One garage charged $7 each day. Another two garages allowed free access if you check into the garage after 6 pm and other garages offered free parking during weekend hours. This was a great location to experience Knoxville as a visitor but stress was pretty high wondering where we could park at reasonable cost and not too far from the loft. Fortunately, the weather was beautiful when we made our little hikes to and from. The loft comfortable and well appointed all around. The concrete everywhere is confirmed to not be one of my faves for final construction state but the owners did well with that unique (to me) wall, ceiling and floor material choice.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly like the pictures, and the bed was super comfy. Plus, the place smelled amazing! The parking was such a fantastic perk, especially since finding parking in this area can be a challenge, especially now with the new baseball stadium nearby. We loved that it was just a short walk to Gay Street and right across the street from Balter Beerworks, where the food, drinks, and service were all top-notch. I’m already looking forward to our next trip to Knoxville so I can book this awesome place again!

Place was clean, just as described, everything (AC, water heater, etc.) worked great. Getting access to the room was very easy and we had no issues with the parking pass. Would stay here again.

We loved staying here. The place was beautifully decorated and very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Also loved the location downtown. We were within walking distance of several places we needed to visit. We noticed some restaurants on our walk that we will have to try the next time. There is a lovely soda fountain next door that has great ice cream. However, even though it is located downtown, the place was extremely quiet. We definitely will consider this airbnb the next time we travel to Sevierville.

Great stay!! Highly recommend. Hoping to return next year and do more in the area. Sam had lots of awesome suggestions, but time didn’t permit us to do a lot.
