We had a wonderful stay at Nadine’s place. The apartment is spacious and has tons of character, and Nadine is a very responsive, gracious, and helpful host. Although the photos don’t show it, the bathroom has a shower in addition to the huge bathtub. The location is terrific—near the Bastille, Marais, and other great places. Although the apartment is not air-conditioned, the windows and fans provide fine cross-ventilation. Thank you, Nadine!

We had a fantastic stay with our family of four at Sebastien's place over Easter. The apartment was spotless and bright, and Sebastien was incredibly generous with his time, ensuring we had a smooth arrival and stay, from helping us get settled, down to providing toys for the kids and chilled champagne for the parents. The kitchen and apartment were stocked with all we needed, and the location was perfect for getting to all the sights by foot or metro (just across the street). We would be delighted to return anytime. Merci!

I stayed for about ten days in this apartment. It is very clean, quiet, charming, well-equipped and close to all shops and public transport. The host is responsive, attentive, available and attentive. On my next trip to Paris, there's no doubt I'll book this place if it's available.

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was comfortable, and the room was cozy. The garden was very nice to sit out in each night and have a nice glass of wine. We were able to cook our dinners in the kitchen each night. There were several grocery stores within walking distance and they all had some great products in them. Marianne was very helpful in giving us suggestions on what to do in the area, which made things easier. The train system was fantastic! 20 minutes to get to Paris and 10 to get to Versailles. You can get your tickets one way or return which gives you 2 separate tickets. Make sure you validate your ticket before you get on the train, or if a ticket checker comes on board and you don’t have it validated which only happened once the whole time we were there, they will fine you. Would definitely recommend had a wonderful time. Would come back and stay at the same place again.

This was our second stay in this appartment. It is charming and clean, and it is easy to feel at home here. It is close to patisseries, cafés, restaurants, bus stops, and the RER. We especially enjoyed the ability to walk to Luxembourg Gardens and the market street, rue Mouffetard.

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft was even better than described. It was spacious and the layout provided all family members with some privacy and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to prepare a holiday meal. Everything was extremely clean when we arrived. The location is excellent. There are a variety of bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and stores within the immediate vicinity. The metro is a 3 minute walk, and there is a bus line that picks up in front of the entrance. We walked to Notre Dame in about 30 minutes. We were able to park our car in a nearby garage, which was very convenient (though a bit challenging to fit a full size vehicle). Stephane was friendly and answered the questions we had. Despite being called a loft, the accommodation is at ground level with easy accessibility from the street. Wifi was fast and consistent. Definitely recommend!

This was my fourth or fifth stay at Cristian’s wonderful apartment. He is very responsive and communicates easily. His fabulous apt is in the perfect location in Le Marais. Very easy and fast access to the metro and a bus line just out the front door! I usually stay for multiple weeks and feel very safe and at home in his apt and neighborhood.
