My experience was amazing to say the least. The flat was clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood was so peaceful and friendly, with great restaurants around. The flat is also 3 minutes from the train station, and about 8 minutes from the bus stop, so it’s very safe at night. Stephan is a great host. He is very friendly and very easy to communicate with. A solid 10/10!

J’ai passée un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût — on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Mention spéciale pour l’hôte, qui a été très accueillant, disponible et réactif. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et n’hésiterons pas à revenir si nous sommes de passage à nouveau. Angenehme, ruhige, warme Wohnung, alles war wie beschrieben, praktische Garage, die sich im EG befindet, wir mussten nicht einmal ein privates Auto benutzen, denn wir brauchten ca. 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof, ins Zentrum von Paris ca. 40 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Estella, eine sehr nette Person, hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet, was ich sehr geschätzt habe, sehr gut beschrieben, wie man die Wohnung betritt. Nochmals vielen Dank und ich hoffe, dass ich die Wohnung wieder nutzen kann.

We had a very pleasant stay in this cozy condo. t's located within walking distance of a grocery store and a train station, this makes it easy to travel around the city. The condo was clean and well-maintained and the communication with our host Kevin was great. The only minor issue we had was with the shower drainage, but this was barely an issue. Overall we had a wonderful experience in this Airbnb and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others for a good time in the city of Paris.

Lovely house with clear instructions for self check-in. Amenities inside the house were great as there is a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, laundry rack and a balcony. Host is also very kind to allow us to store luggage at the place before check-in and after check-out.

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Paris. Wir waren wenig im Apartment weshalb die Größe kein Problem war. Es hatte die perfekte Größe für 2 Personen. Alles war sehr sauer und es Roch alles sehr sauber. Auch die Schlüssel Übergabe war sehr freundlich! Der Parkplatz ist in einer Tiefgarage, welche sehr eng ist. Wir hatten ein großes Auto, aber mit einen kleinen auto sollte es kein Problem sein dort zu parken. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

i had a great time during my stay. Joe and Laurence went above and beyond. They are kind and welcoming, and would gladly spend time with them. The area is quiet and relaxing. I'd definitely pick their home to stay anytime!

Это супер замечательная квартира . Я восхищена была чистотой и порядком . Чудесное и качественное постельное белье . Очень хороший ортопедический матрас , спать было очень комфортно, подушки качественные и мягкие. Чистота . Квартира была очень тихая . Это позволяло спокойно отдыхать после экскурсий . Хозяин Jp- безумно добрый , дружелюбный, отзывчивый , вежливый и очень заботливый человек . На любые вопросы быстро реагировал и отвечал . Это жилье заслуживает только высоких оценок . Я очень рада и счастлива оказаться в таком прекрасном и уютном месте . Спасибо . Рекомендую обязательно )))

Très bon séjour ! L’hôte est réactive (même pour les questions les plus bêtes haha). Dans notre séjour nous faisions du bruit (musique notamment) et l’hôte ne nous a à aucun moment fait se sentir mal à l’aise ou nous a demandé de moins faire de bruit. L’endroit correspond parfaitement aux photos, c’est bien équipé et l’endroit est propre et bien situé, le voisinage est très calme et la gare est accessible à pieds ainsi que plusieurs magasins.

Thanks Elise for a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect for Disney, as we could come back for lunch. We got the bus once, but this was 10 Euros for 2 adults and 2 children and so we walked, which the kids managed fine (20 minutes door-to-door at a moderate pace). It was easy getting in and out of Disney too. It was especially helpful to be able to walk home after the fireworks, as the queues for public transport looked huge. The apartment had everything we needed and having a washing machine was brilliant. The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked very well, however we found it too loud to use at night due to the intermittent noises. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including a very nice vegan cafe (Wild and the Moon) and an enormous supermarket about 15-20mins walk away. Uber Eats do grocery deliveries too. The terrace was lovely, especially the hanging chair. Quiet location, with a small playground next door. Uber taxis to Paris were ~40-60 Euros

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

Excellent séjour … appartement parfait pour une escapade d une nuit ou d un séjour plus long . Extrêmement confortable, propre, bien aménagé, jolie décoration, bien équipé , très bien placé …. Je recommande vivement ce logement . Bonus pour le super jaccuzi / sauna ….. top 👌

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It is located in the nicest area and all the locals around were so friendly. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking outside, you are almost immediately able to see Notre Dame which is a short 5 minute walk. As far as the home goes, it was ver comfortable and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Xavier for the wonderful stay!

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

Wat vooral fijn was waren de snelle reacties en handige tips. Verder is het appartement precies wat je verwacht, de metrolijn is kort lopen en in het appartement is alles wat je nodig hebt en meer, wij kwamen niks te kort. We hebben vooral genoten van de bank en de tv waar we comfortabel konden eten en film kijken.

Logement propre , rien à dire , secteur calme , facile d’accès et facile à trouver . Commerces à proximité, RER …
