The Place was very clean and cozy close to the center metro station and buses and tram are also very close and the host was very nice and communicative! Definitely recommend

i enjoyed staying in Marina's small studio. I worked for a week from the room, and you have everything you need. The Macarena neighbourhood is nice also, and walking to the city center is not too long.

Great location, super close to the city center, easily reachable on foot! Ronald was very responsive and helpful before and after our arrival, and he let us drop off our luggage before check-in, which was super helpful.

It was a pleasure to be able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city and just 10 minutes by metro to have a quiet place to rest. The studio is what you see in the photos. Small but with everything you need. A great plus, being able to enjoy the terrace at the end of the day. Maria Del Rocio is always almost immediate in responding to messages. We had a great time and would not hesitate to repeat and recommend it.

spent 3 night in this room, clean and with everything you need. car parked inside the gate which is a plus. Kim is really nice and speak a great English, not easy to find in Spain 🙂

Enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. Well located, on a quiet street, and a picturesque neighborhood, about 20 minutes' walk from the historic center, and 5 minutes from bars and restaurants, it's a very good base. Pilar's hosting was excellent. Very flexible, she welcomed us and offered to store our luggage to enjoy the day of arrival and departure. We enjoyed the small touches in the accommodation and the advice. Bedding was comfortable, the apartment very clean. A property that we recommend! Thank you Pilar!
