Die beste Ferienwohnung aller Zeiten!!! Die Wohnung befindet sich in der besten Lage von Sevilla. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen: La Catedral, el Parque María Luisa, la Seta von Sevilla, la Plaza España etc. Darüber hinaus hat man viele Restaurants, Apotheken, Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte praktisch vor der Tür. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sie hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Der Zugang ins Haus sowie in die Wohnung geschah schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Kommunikation mit Pastora geschah reibungslos. Das Gebäude hat einen Fahrstuhl und einen eigenen Müllkontainer. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig. Aber das beste für mich war die Sauberkeit. Ich bin eine Hygienefanatikerin, die immer mit Putzmitteln verreist. Das war aber das erste Mal, dass ich eine Ferienwohnung nicht saubermachen musste und das hat viel zu sagen. Diese Wohnung würde ich immer wieder buchen!!!

Gracia was very helpful throughout our stay. Provided us with many restaurant recommendations, local activities and day trip ideas. He is polite and communicates well - both Spanish and English. Would stay here again or suggest it to others in my circle. Thanks again Gracia!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nuestra estancia en este Airbnb fue fantástica. Desde el primer momento, Nacho demostró una amabilidad excepcional y estuvo siempre muy atento a nuestras necesidades. El apartamento estaba impoluto, con una limpieza impecable, y nos resultó muy cómodo. Nos sentimos como en casa. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo Nacho!

Logement bien placé dans Séville, à proximité de toutes les choses importantes à voir, des grandes places, des restaurants et boutiques (environ 15 20 min a pied pour tout). Piscine très agréable en cas de forte chaleur, logement agréable et fidèle aux photos. La climatisation à également été notre allié. On notera juste qu'il est placé en face d'une école (musique dehors à 9h) et à côté d'une chapelle ( les cloches sonnent au plutôt a 7h30 le matin) mais il me semble que cela était notifié dans l'annonce. Très bon sejour. Merci à vous.

The apartment looks new, I mean everything in it floor to ceiling looks brand new. Wonderful floor plan. Location is perfect, walking out the door right into Alfalfa square full of real local restaurants. Probably 5 minutes walk to the cathedral but there is so much to stop and look at on the way it will take you longer than 5 minutes lol. Will definitely return if it’s available. Great host, always responsive.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Seville! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to all the major attractions, great restaurants, and charming local spots. The apartment itself was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with two beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms that made it perfect for traveling with friends or family. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged to make our stay seamless. We really appreciated the host’s attention to detail and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seville. Would absolutely stay here again!

숙소는 관광하기에 매우 좋은 위치에 있습니다 메트로폴 파라솔과 세비야 대성장 사이 중앙에 위치해 있고 1층에는 아침을 먹을 수 있는 식당이 있었습니다. 체크인 날 일찍 세비야에 도착하면 근처 짐보관소에 캐리어를 맡길 수 있습니다. 종교 행사 시 숙소 앞으로 성체 거동 행렬리 줄지어가는 특별한 경험도 했습니다. 숙소 내부에는 냉장고와 에어콘 덕분에 시원하게 보낼 수 있었고, 작지만 짐을 옮길수있는 엘리베이터도 있었습니다 (입구에서 1층까지는 올라가야함) 세탁기는 아무래도 엄중한 관리를 하기 어려워서 물때냄새가 조금은 났습니다. 통세척 후 사용하기를 권장. 전반적으로 매우 만족하는 숙소입니다. 화장실의 샤워 수압은 센 편은 아닙니다. 따뜻한 물은 아주 잘 나옵니다.

This is one of the best AirBnB’s that we’ve stayed in. It is such a beautiful, authentic place with a rich history, stunning decor, good amenities and is walking distance from the town center. Christina and Maria were such excellent hosts. We will definitely be back!

Zeer mooie en propere accomodatie. Ideaal voor 2 personen en om de stad te verkennen. Dichtbij alles, de winkels, monumenten op wandelafstand. Wij deden alles te voet. Enkel wat geluid van de straat maar dit stoorde zeker niet. Makkelijk binnenkomen en uitchecken. Zeer vriendelijke host die altijd snel reageert. Zeker een aanrader voor wie Sevilla wil verkennen!

Such a lovely place - the terrace was definitely a highlight and was a great way to spend some time outside, away from the heat. Great location with lots of bars and restaurants close by and only 20 minutes walk from the centre. Lovely host - very good communication and extremely welcoming. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Javier’s home. It felt warm and homey, and the area was very convenient. Also the kids loved winding down there after a full day out. It was super cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. If we ever come back to Seville, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

This was probably one of my favorite Airbnb of all times. It had a prove court years and pool to just hang out in the heat of the day. The apartment is massive and super clean and new. The ambiance is amazing - better than the photos and I really loved the hand painted library walls in the bathroom. The kitchen is new. But my favorite was the lounger in the entry room. The location was fantastic. Everything was fantastic. If we come back to Seville this is the only place I would stay!!

Great location, near a lot of Restaurants, stores and entertainment. The plaza was always busy, full of people, tourists and locals, the apartment is well insulated is not affected by outside noise. During my stay the weather was pretty hot but the apartment AC kept the apartment very cool. It was good having two TV’s one in the room and another in the living room, in the afternoon during siesta time we rest from weather heat. If I go to Seville I will repeat this lovely apartment.

Great location with parking included. Apartment is lovely and has everything you need for a city break. Host was super helpful and always on hand to answer any questions. Streets to the apartment are a little narrow so would avoid driving to the apartment if you are in a big car but otherwise we could not fault our stay!

L'appartement est une pépite. On s'y sent bien. Fidèle aux photos. Idéalement situé dans le centre historique pour les visites, restos et shopping. Communication avec Nacho excellente.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Miguel. L'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes avec 2 salles d'eau et conforme au descriptif dans une résidence calme. Accès facile et Miguel est réactif aux messages La terrasse sur les toits est un véritable plus avec un très beau point de vue sur Triana et Seville et son jacuzzi. Idéalement situé, avec à proximité des restaurants, cafés et le marché couvert à 20 mm à peine des centres d'intérêts touristiques principaux. On reviendra avec plaisir

Perfect location. Felt right at home right away. Lovely Triana location. Sofia explained the parking garage and access to apartment which made it easy to use. Jacuzzi was a bonus.

Heloise's apartment exceeded expectations, and was even better than the photos suggested. Heloise's instructions regarding check in were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is within walking distance of all the main attractions, and has some lovely local bars and restaurants selling food and drink at great prices: at one particular place, my wife and I were able to buy breakfast for just €7 in total! If we return to Seville, we would 100% stay at Heloise's apartment again. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful place to stay. Recommended.
