Condo vacation rentals in Seven Mile Beach

Beautiful location free from overwhelming crowd and noise. It was easy to drive to local beaches, and explore other parts of island. This was the perfect center location geographically to either side of island.

Fantastic stay, hosts, location, quality of decor and finishes and more. This is a 5 star stay in Grand Cayman!!! Absolutely recommend and you should not think twice - Book NOW!! Elizabeth was an AMAZING host, her place is stunning (modern, clean, fresh, killer views, etc..) and you can go scuba diving with her team as well. Book it - we will be back!

Probably the best AirBNB I have ever stayed at. Clean, very new unit and furnishings, beach chairs and umbrella.. The hosts were extremely responsive, providing pickup and drop-off services to and from the airport and various locations around the island. Great recommendations on restaurants and activities. The location is excellent, right across from the beach. Very quiet area, yet the complex also has a few great places to eat, a bakery, and supermarket/liquor store. Highly recommend.

Heavenly location. Walk out directly onto the sands, with starfish, heron, and other animal visitors. Restaurant and espresso shop a minute’s stroll away on the beach. Comfortable place to stay with everything you need and more. We loved using the bocce game set and the hammock!! Don’t hesitate to book.

Excellent place to stay with four adults and two children. The convenience of the pool with swim up bar, baby pool and on site protected beach with swimming makes this place fantastic. The view from the condo is great. Fun watching cruise ships come in while drinking morning coffee. Many walkable places to eat. We rented a car and there was plenty of parking close by. Highly recommended!

We needed a place to stay for 1 night before departing from GCM. Very nice and clean condo close to shops and restaurants. Nice small sandy beach in the back. Loved the layout of the pool and how easy it was to get from the back sliding doors. We were 2 parents with 3 active teenagers. Easy to play volleyball on the expansive backyard. Also did a bit of paddle boarding with the board they had onsite! Very happy with this short rental.

Great space in the condo- large bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing views of the ocean from living room/kitchen and the primary bedroom. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment, board games, and plenty of towels. The parking space is under the building, which makes for a nice cool car. Construction on a large project is right next door to this complex at the moment - they start early (7:30am), but with the doors closed, it was not disruptive to sleeping in. Ahmed has great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Grand Cayman.

Great location and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Very peaceful and clean. The hosts were always quick to respond to any messages. There were no issues with checking in. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Very nice unit, beautiful updates throughout and larger space than expected. Nice beach and pool, quiet at night and very clean.

Fantastic spot! Loved that the rental came with a shuttle! The bar and grill on site is amazing and the beach is perfect for watching the sunrise! Kitchen utensils are minimal but we didn’t cook a ton so it was fine. Heads up there isn’t an ice maker but there’s ice downstairs! Absolutely loved it here and Kierra was so responsive and helpful!

Would stay here again, great location. We split our time between Cemetery Beach and Starfish Point. Craig was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing to do with Craig but we had a hard time finding the property. We didn’t plan ahead and had no Verizon service when we arrived on the island. I would recommend knowing if your cell service will be active or knowing exactly where the unit is before you leave home. Hope to visit again next year.

I've stayed in Island Pines prior, so there were no surprises for us there. The complex is lovely in that it's a quiet haven when the beach is busy with the cruise ship visitors early in the day. The pool is clean and warm and generally very quiet. The beach is exceptional. The location can't be beat...right next to Royal Palms and Coral Beach Club and you can easily walk to most any restaurant and the grocery store. The added crosswalk in front of the complex was a huge bonus this year. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-appointed. There are some beach toys, towels and snorkel gear. You can use Royal Palm's chairs for free if you let them know you're staying at Island Pines. I prefer to move a bit down the beach when it's busy, so I do wish there were beach chairs and cooler provided in the unit (you can rent and have them delivered, so it worked out). Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Very Beautiful and clean, felt like home, checking process was very easy. great communication from beginning to end. also having that rental car was great, give us more freedom to move around. ease of picking up the car at the airport and short drive to where we was stay and drop off at the airport when we was leaving. the pool, the view of the ocean especially in the morning was amazing for me.

My third stay in this condo and is always a pleasure. Very well appointed with everything you could need. Very roomy and comfortable in great location. Easy access and Craig is great withj communication. Will be back here again soon

House was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Truly steps from the beach. Felt save and comfortable. Beach is well kept. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to cook. The overall cleanliness and surroundings was more than expected. Felt safe arriving late night or leaving early morning.

Great stay! The unit was as described and the bed's mattress was great to sleep on. The complex is at the bottom of the "7-mile beach" and though it has a very small beach, other larger ones were close by. Great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Recommend this location to all!

Had an amazing time at Cato’s place. The condo was just as pictured. Had everything we needed there. Lots of snorkel gear (amazing fish right off the beach out front) The property is lovely. Never had trouble getting chairs at either pool or beach. Lovely sand beach section right out front with the break wall which helped on wavey days. The host was very quick to respond to any questions throughout the vacation. They went above and beyond. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone! 5 stars all around.

We loved Verity’s place! It is a beautiful accommodation that was great for our family. Her condo is elegant and super clean. The gorgeous, tropical foliage by our quiet patio was a treasure to see even from inside. We loved swimming in the cove, enjoying the beach, and also the pool with a swim up bar, plus hot tub. There are many great restaurants in short walking distance, too. Verity was always quick in responding to any of our queries. Verity has made this a fabulous place for guests and we would be very happy to return someday.

We had an incredible stay at Heidi's place. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Heidi is a fantastic host and very accommodating to her guests. We can't wait to return!

You cannot find a better location, and the value is great! Best place to stay because the beach and pool are amazing, and the restaurants and shops are walkable. We loved world gym next door, and living the dream diving shop. The unit is a great so an and layout, with beautiful views. The furnishings are a bit tired, but comfortable. We will be back for sure!

Amazing stay, and I had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth’s place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches, like the personalized letter and information binder and informational brochures. The location was perfect— close to everything, including restaurant and coffee shop, and tucked away in a peaceful spot with immediate access to the private beach and pool. Easy access to local attractions. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful place. The condo itself is spacious, spotless, well furnished and very comfy. The location is ideal if you want calm and serenity. It is also wonderful for kids -- my 10-year old son spent entire days playing in the pool or on the (always very calm) marina water (kayak, paddle), making friends very easily with other children staying at condos in the same complex. It was a short walk to Starfish point or Rum point, and a short car ride to very many beautiful spots on the island. Couldn't recommend it more, and if we come back to Grand Cayman will come back here!
