I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The host was super responsive and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very responsive host - he was always in touch, and also allowed me to stay a little longer. The place itself is great - spacious, incredibly warm and with everything you need, right across the street is a store, pharmacy and ATM.

A responsive host is pressured, he allowed me to check in earlier. + Everything matches the photos + Ararat view from the living room balcony + Good Value for money Cons can be neglected, but still: - the second bedroom is very small, literally a little bigger than the bed - there were only a few types of soap from hygiene products Overall, we are happy with the choice given that we booked half a day before arrival.

This place was absolutely fantastic! It had everything I needed and more - spotlessly clean, beautiful lighting, air conditioning, heated floors, and all the necessary appliances. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. The location is perfect, very close to the city center, with a supermarket and pharmacy right in the building. There’s also a 24/7 concierge, which made me feel super safe - 10/10! One of the best stays I’ve had in Yerevan. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This apartment was perfect and had everything I needed. Very close to multiple supermarkets and pharmacies all within 3 minute walk. The mega mall is also only 15 minute walk away. Great location and a great responsive host.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. Spacious accommodation, convenient lockbox system for late arrivals, airco available, very pleasant courtyard where we ate outside several times and cute garden that allows you to be quiet in the lively town of Yerevan. Rooms on the side of the streets a little noisy, on the other hand overlooking Mount Ararat on a clear day:-) Needs to have a car or take taxis to get around. Not too far from the airport. We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Grigor’s property in Dilijan with our group of three couples. Grigor was an exceptional host - always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with recommendations on places to visit and things to do in the area. The house itself was fantastic - immaculately clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The clear instructions to reach the property made it easy to find, even for first-time visitors to the area. Overall, a seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Dilijan!

It was a great experience and I am very happy that I chose Liana’s house. House is very clean, beautiful and is exactly like in the pictures. Liana is a great host, very responsive and caring. The yard is very beautiful, and sitting outside in the evening with a cup of tea was a pleasure. Moreover, the nature is amazing, you can clearly see mountains from any corner of the house. Overall, it is a fantastic place to have a chill, peaceful and relaxing weekend out of the town! Will surely come back for another trip to Oshakan!

Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

Absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location with a direct view of the Cascade from the bedroom. Everything was exactly as described – luxurious, stylish, and beautifully equipped. Walking distance to all major attractions in central Yerevan. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The place is the same as the pictures and is very clean. Everything that you need is there. Utensils and even cleaning supplies and vacuum and clothing rack in case you need to hang your clothes. Vahan is also very understanding since our flight was very early and was supposed to request early check in but then our tour guide suggested to just use the time and start the tour so we ended up checking in around 7pm and they are still very accommodating. Overall, the stay in their Airbnb was good and have reached my expectations. The only downside was there's no bidet in the toilet so If you want to book the apartment, I suggest for you to bring portable bidet. Anyhow, I still highly recommend this place. Its cheap yet anything you need is there. It is also few blocks away from SAS Supermarket and Pharmacy. There's also a small supermarket on both sides of the street from the hotel in case you need to buy anything without walking a little bit far.

We really liked the apartment. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom, and two of the rooms have large windows with city views. The apartment is well-equipped not just for a short stay, but for a longer one as well — it has everything from pots and pans to cleaning supplies. There’s also a washing machine, a large garment steamer, and an iron. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the Cascade: we was definitely in the center of the city, but in quite private and peaceful area. There were seven of us, and we did feel that the common area (guest room) could use more seating — a larger couch or a couple of armchairs would’ve been great. Overall, highly recommend this place!

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and perfect not just for a stay, but even for living! We were five people, and there was more space than we needed, which made us feel very comfortable. It had all the amenities we could need, and even coffee, sugar, and water which is really rare. The location is great, and the apartment has a wonderful atmosphere.
