It’s a guest house situated in the backyard of the main house. It has a separate big balcony and entrance. The house has: - 1 master bedroom -1 living room (with a bed couch) - 1kitchen & 1 washroom -AC and separate heating system -Wi-Fi, TV -completely renovated Next to the house, there is: -a big park -close bus stop (in front of the house) and a metro station (15 min walk). The house is only 8km away from the city center. -a big supermarket -beauty salon - lake (Agi lich)

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. All accommodations are available for your peaceful stay in Yerevan, near Garegin Njdeh square (metro station), which is only 7 minutes walking away from the metro station. Near the apartment (2 min walking) there's a very big "Yerevan City Supermarket" working 24/7, KFC, and many pharmacies, exchange centers, clothing stores etc. It will take only 10 minutes by metro to city center (Republic square).
