The apartment is very well located, with a great structure. Very nice. Very good utensils, bed and bath linens. Beautiful view. Host is available and very kind. Fantastic.

The apartment and the condominium in which it is located are excellent! The lake view is beautiful, the sunrise and sunset are delicious, we see stars at night on the balcony... It is close to beautiful beaches and markets (on foot it takes a while, but by car it is quick). The apartment is spacious: we were a family with four children and were very well accommodated. The condominium is spacious and the pool, playground and courts were well used.

I simply loved the experience, super comfortable and cozy apartment, impeccable cleaning, very complete, great location and communication with guests, I highly recommend this stay, I intend to return soon! Thank you

My family and I like it very much , it is not far from the beach, you can walk, and the house is very good.

It was a very good experience, from the beginning the hosts were extremely helpful, when we arrived at the house they were there to greet us with all the affection, show us the house, answer our questions about the place and what there was nearby to do. They left a little something to welcome us and whenever we needed it they responded very quickly. The house is exactly as described in the listing, very cozy, has all the utensils in the kitchen, the beach is beautiful and is very close to Castelhanos and Anchieta. My family and I left there wanting to come back always! It was a very pleasant experience and I am very grateful to Glícia and Alex for hosting us so well!

The apartment was a wonderful place to stay—spotlessly clean and exactly like the photos. The co-host was fantastic and incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for beaches and restaurants in the area. The location is excellent and just a short walk to the beach. Bacutia Beach ended up being our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the sun. Overall, it was a fantastic trip and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfection! The apartment is in front of Praia das Castanheiras, the best location in Guarapari. It has a large and cozy balcony that turns the great attraction of the property. The assembly is impeccable: appliances, crockery, lamps, bed and bath linens, electrical utensils… In addition to the small details that make the lodging delicious. Adriana is super attentive and always available. I loved it so much!

Despite the internet by both wi-fi and mobile data (where I believe it is by the structure of the building), there is no problem. Great accommodation, super recommendation. Host's attention is perfect.
