Vacation rentals with a pool in Setiabudi

Staying at Mas Pandu’s property was a great experience. The villa is beautiful, spacious, and well-designed, making it a comfortable place to relax. The location is also a plus. Although it’s inside a cluster, the area is private and peaceful, so there’s no need to worry about noise or disturbances. Mas Pandu himself is a fantastic host, very responsive and always ready to accommodate any needs. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend this villa

First of all, thank you to Nur and her team (Pak Yandi and all). Very accommodating and very welcoming. A hallmark of Indonesian hospitality. This house is the place for a big group. However, you need a driver to get here. Not advisable to find your own way. The house and pool is well maintained. Definitely a recommend place. Love.

I had an incredible experience staying at Jimhoz. The host was super friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even a solo retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a luxurious, private stay with plenty of things to do right on-site. Can’t wait to come back!

The place was exactly like the pictures! The bedrooms are so great. It's so perfect for 10+ people because it was so large and spacious. The bathrooms are okay, the only nice bathroom is the largest. The bathroom near the kitchens are very small and there were lots of flying insects. We had hard times finding the villa because it has different location point on Gojek. The amenities and service are incredible! They had everything for eating and cooking. They even had microphone, brooms, and mop. Just lack of mats for us to dry down after swimming. Also, the swimming pool is very nice! Host is very responsive and friendly. We had a great time overall. Thank you very much.

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! The unit is homey, according to the picture. before check-in it's been wa by the housekeeper, so communication can be faster. clean, complete amenities, direct pool in front of the unit. private elevator and free parking for guests as well

Had a pleasant stay—Dennis was very responsive and helpful. There was an issue with the gas stove and TV, but he made sure everything was fixed promptly. The air conditioning works well, and the location is super convenient, right next to Green Sedayu Mall. Do note that around 5 AM, you might hear prayers from a loudspeaker, which is quite common in Indonesia.
